Nanutarra Roadhouse

Not good for those in a tent like us pitch is a public area, no privacy at all really of your own pitch, there is power (good) but no water? $32 a night for what exactly Noisey place. Felt like second class citizen here. Our mistake would not recommend for tent sleeping.

Our overnighter was a quiet and safe one. Whilst the diesel was expensive, it was necessary. The food is excellent and facilties great for an overnight. It was very busy and everyone was friendly

Been here many times. Excellent customer service. Friendly people. Very nice food. Good amenities. Haven't had a bad experience yet.

Excellent signage and shop front but met with rudly spoken staff. What we hoped would be a fresh breakfast ordered from the menu was taken from the bane-marie. Mixed up coffee order too, but wasn't worth engaging with the rude staff again to get it corrected.

Hard to recommend this place for a fuel stop.
Prices should be a little higher than normal considering the location and logistics, however if you have extra fuel on board, this is the time to use it and not pay the expensive price here.

Such a lovely place, new sites, lovely and clean, great service. Watch your meat as mine was going off, everything you need in store. I saw Monator lizard just wondering along had a quite restful sleep, thankyou

Spent a couple hours here to refuel, rest, snack/picnic. Decent food served, clean premises, clean toilets, picnic benches outside and under the roof, so good for a rainy day too.

I am usually a really positive guy but it was way to over priced. I understand it is pretty far inland but come on I'd rather go another 100k then pay $6 for a 1L bottle of water.

We arrived at Nanutarra Roadhouse yesterday afternoon and when we checked in were met by a very friendly staff member with a great sense of humour. We stayed in the Caravan Park and were happy with the facilities. We decided to eat dinner at the restaurant as we had read good reviews so I had the fisherman's basket, chips and salad and my husband had chicken schnitzel, chips and salad and we both agreed that it was tasty. We then took some photos at sunset by the Ashburton River.

Well maintained clean road stop. Good food. Friendly staff. Camping on grass. Free continental breakfast for room stays.

We just stopped for fuel & looked around at the caravan park thinking we could overnight here on the way back south.

Great road house to stop at, nice food, lovely friendly staff and very efficient with their service. Well done everyone.

A great place to rest and fuel up not just the car but yourself before continuing on a long journey

Worst coffee since hitting the road a week ago.
Had ordered my coffees, when 3 other people were bringing coffee back!

We stayed in the new family rooms and we loved it. The room was lovely and very comfortable for a family of 4. The grounds beautifully maintained and facilities were clean and new. The staff very accommodating, friendly and helpful about anything. The food was amazing! From breakfast to dinner all members of our family were satisfied from the delicious feast we had at every meal. Thanks so much for having us. We will be back again!

Very disappointed and disgusted at the so called room, it was like a prison cell and was the most expensive of all the accommodation we've stayed in, would not recommend it to anyone! A disgrace!

Stopped at Nanutarra Roadhouse for a coffee and something to eat on our travels.
Almond Milk Chai Latte was yummo.
A good variety of hot and cold food but not a lot of vegan options.
Filled a spot so thanks for the service.
