What a joke of a place in the middle of placing my order and staff tell me they don't accept cash safe to say I walked out how ridiculous what's wrong with cash

I saw my order was taken to the wrong table and sat there for good 5 mins soon after the kitchen staff realised took back to the kitchen! I watched it sit on the bench under heating lamps and a few minutes later was brought straight to me after it was sitting on someone else's table! Find that disgusting and obviously no care for food hygiene!

Shocking customer service at Nandos Myaree. The manager Jean has no people skills and I am unsure how is he running the show.

Well.you can’t eat if you have cash.have to have card payment to eat.so that means you die with hunger if can’t pay with real money.what a joke

Staff were really friendly and hospitable. Always asking us for what we need and making us feel important (almost feel like theyre making us feel like we're dining at a family's place). Food service is really good as well and place is very neat and tidy.

It was good, but could be better.no serviettes were given to us with our food.perhaps cause of cost cutting but yeah, their service was A1 and I enjoyed the food

Ordered from here via the app. I was advised the order would be ready in 25 minutes. 10 minutes later, received a SMS to advise my order was ready for collection. I was still 10 minutes away. Needless to say the food was cold when I collected. Not good.

Extremely rude manager who will be push you to buy other sides if they do not have what you want.

Nando's Myaree is similar to other Nando's franchises. For me, it's close to work, offer a quick bite and is easy to access for late dinners. Happy with the service. The staff informs you ahead if order times are prolonged which is good. The food has the classic Nando's taste. No complaints.

Friendly and helpful staff. The food is great and there is range of healthy salads. And it does not cost a small fortune to eat there. Plus there is the Nando's card for discounts. What more could you want?

Eugine Maré was AMAZING staff member. He has so much customer service. He gave us a detailed description of Nando's and was very friendly. I will definitely come back to this Nando's to be served by him again.

Great service and friendly staff. Good menu choices and nice atmosphere with clean services. Quick attention to service with a good takeaway food. Food was excellent service excellent busy time of the day although staff were attentive and friendly.

I picked up my online takeaway order tonight which was stone cold. Stone cold food came at no surprise to me as it is a regular occurrence at your store. I ordered a veggie burger, the juices were leaking through the paper and soiling other food in the bag. To my dismay, I found a piece of bacon on the side of the veggie patty. Meat in a veggie burger, utter appalling Nando’s! This will gladly be my last Nando’s experience. You desperately need better management at your Myaree store.

The service quality is extremely terrible, even store manager doesnt know how to prioritise the order.

Ordered party for 2. Meant to serve 2 people but the chicken was so small would barely feed 1 person. What business are you guys in? Ripping off i guess.

26/2/19 normally this nandos is top quality, but tonight’s service was not one I want to remember. Over cooked dry tiny chicken churrasco ribs and a long blonde females hair in the whole chicken. It was to inconvenient too go back to complain and wait again.

Always have issues here with wait times and getting the correct order/order being cold

Whole store needs to be retrained in basics in customer service.

I went there for the first time and I really liked the place, very comfortable and organised. They have options for vegetarians so that made the experience even better. Friendly staff, too. I would go back.

Quality chicken burgers in a woody atmosphere with multicultural music. The meals should come with napkins and there should be sauces on the tables. It's odd that food is brought to you when you still have to walk across the restaurant to get things you need. I've had the Double Cheese & Bacon Burger three times and it's delicious.

Takeaway meal was not to standard classic pita and chicken mild was so dry worst we have had there normally is quite nice
