What's happening with the nandos in Perth they seem to get worse over time. We arrived at this nandos and got told no staff they are closing at 8: 30pm the one in Applecross closed down due to poor service it's called bad management! The melville one makes you wait hours and something is always wrong.toilets out of order dirty floors and dirty tables!

Welcome to the worst Tuesday of my life. I came from a difficult volleyball game and all I wanted Was some food to satisfy my famished stomach. The first problem occurred with thier good for nothing ordering system which deleted my order and put me back at square one. Then once we ordered, nothing happened. After what seemed like an eternity, the food came out. After waiting for so long I was expecting great food but I was presented with a burger on which the cheese hadn’t even melted. Safe to say I wasn’t 100% satisfied with my experience. And if that wasn’t enough of an ordeal, my brother waited 15 minutes in line for some sauce, behind people talking to the waitress who was more concerned with her conversation than providing bare minimum service. I won’t be returning. 10/10 would recommend.

This is my go to Nandos the staff are always so friendly and helpful. Our food is always really good and have never had any issues. Had nothing but a great experience every visit.

The interior is super nice and the staff are police and welcoming.

We enjoyed the good ambient of the restaurant. As there was a queue, we decided to order online via our table.
The meal arrived earlier than the ETA so that’s a plus.
The staff also followed our online instruction to separate the peri powder from the Chips so our kids can enjoy without the spice.

Omg worst chicken I have ever tasted. Asked for no seasoning on my so what Did I get Chip's I threw away because of hot seasoning.

Usually my go-to Nandos, but I went yesterday and it was horrible.
The obviously new staff that took my order was incredibly rude, lacked basic customer service skills and made us feel very unwelcome.
The food was not up to par as it usually is at this location, the chips were bland and my pita, despite me asking for no tomato, had 4 massive slices of tomato sloppily shoved in there?
As I said, I think this boils down to incompetent new staff, and highly recommend that the management teach these people basic human skills or consider having another go at hiring a more capable staff.

Lovely atmosphere and vibe.
Been here plenty of times without troubles, which has been great!
One time was missing a product from my burger, but they quickly offered me a replacement.
Chips have always been fresh and tasty!

The salads were delicious. Especially the black rice, bell pepper and mixed seeds one. Loved the periperi oil. Quite filling.

25/6/22 I came here with my family, I ordered at 5: 25 and had to ask to pack up into takeaway, which I got at 6: 00. I only ordered a 1/4 chicken combo, classic burger combo, and kids tenders combo. While at the table waiting, I saw the kitchen staff during a rush on their phones, snacking on chips and licking their fingers, and their friends came into the kitchen area. I’m not normally one to complain, but then we did get our meals, the classic burger combo, and the kids tenders were cold, so a very disappointing experience. There seemed to be many staff but lots of customers waiting. We felt put off the food and didn’t eat our meals. Not the same as it was even a few months ago, we used to love coming here, not anymore. Really not worth the $43.85. The person who took our order was great though, friendly and efficient.

They stuffed up our order 4 times each & every time asking us to come up and pay the extra for the single componenents they forgot - as a meal it would have been cheaper which is what we originally asked for, when they stated they couldnt do ribs, so we asked for tenders in a meal. Only went as it was my sons first time, he walked out so disappointed still hungry & felt ripped off. Wont be back!

Very rude behaviour from asian looking guy with eye glass, literally 0 in customer service, if you even ask for sauce he ll get over your head

All we bought this time was a seriously large chips. We asked for plain chips, with no peri-peri salt. We received them absolutely covered in peri-peri salt. Plus a ton of regular salt for good measure. The chips themselves were soggy, undercooked, and every chip was a third of the normal size. Absolute disgrace, especially at such a ridiculous price! Nando's standards have really dropped.

I bought peri peri whole chicken take away on Tuesday. After I reached home opened the pack to eat. But it was like just boiled chicken. There was no Peri Peri spicy and no extra peri peri sauce. I called customer care to call back. There is no call so far. It is not good for business.

Worst customer services.left us standing at the counter with noone to serve, while the restarant was quite only 3 table occupied, and number of staffs at the kitchens and there was no sign on the counter that we have to scan the QR to order for dine.initially we thought there were short staff & busy with take away apparently not.
