Hi a great meal at Nandos. The food was very good unfortunately the toilets were very dirty, public toilets would probably be kept more clean than nandos toilets, if you know what I mean

If i could give less definitely would most unfriendly most un helpful staff! Asked for salt didnt have! Table order with scan bar no one knew how it worked
I have tried them a couplevof times and it has not change! Not even worrh an review to be honest

I tried many Nando around Perth. But I have to say this is the best one! Friendly stuff with tender chicken! Wow I can't explain how well they did it!

Worst Nandos I've ever been to. Staff are an absolute joke and have 0 interest in being there. Better off with international staff.

Sat there for 45 mins waiting for our food, finally got the nerve to become a Karen and ask where it was and they said right here, it was sitting under the heat chute and failed to call out the name for my order, like how was I supposed to know my food was waiting there? And when I took the bag the food was cold.

$20 for a small wrap small chips and drink is a bit too expensive but filled me up fairly well and tasted good

Tasty lemon herb chicken and the nourish salad was delicious. But 2 chicken pieces a salad and a small box of thrice cooked rather cold and flaccid chips for $30.50 does not a bargain make

For the 2nd time running chips are not up to other Nandos standards, they were stale-ish like they been there a long time and too many tiny lill burnt hard ones, plus the seriously large did not seem that way at all compared to nandos Fremantle where the standard is much higher.
Also they do not take good hard earned cash, what in the world is going on when they don't except cash here. It's ridiculous.
We will stick to Nandos Fremantle where they give us lots of good fresh chips and take our hard earned cash.

Extremely rude manager who will be pushing you to buy other sides if they do not have what you want.

My favourite Nando's in Perth. Always juicy chicken lathered in generous amounts of basting. Chips are always fresh and crispy.

I watched the confrontation between the last 1 star review (aaron) and manager. The reviewer was very rude to all the staff he spoke to and the manager only responded the way he was spoken too. I would say the promotion seen was human error, but to demand that it be honoured was quite childish for a man in his 40's. You were literally arguing over $4! Grow up! This is my local Nando's store and the service is always great.

Waited for more than 45 mins for food. After waiting for a such a long time received cold food that seating on the their perp bench. NOT HAPPY.

Never ever get take away from this Nandos, They always make mistake and don't put everything in the order in the delivery bag. Always I have to return and ask for missing items,
Very bad service

As spoken to Mr Sean, this unique and full of inspired artistic designed restaurant has had captured the hearts of many patrons. Yes, other than enjoying the good food, one gets to experience the wonderful atmosphere here. Wouldn't you want to drop by for a good meal here? Cheers!

I love this nandos. The staff are always super friendly and keen to help and I've never had a bad experience with this food 10/10

Manager refused to honour special that was advertised on the front page of their website saying he didn't have the right button to do it. Was very rude about it as well

Overall the food was good but the service was a little bad. The servers were a little rude and in a bad mood so they weren’t very helpful. Plus the place was filled with teenagers who were extremely loud and were swearing a lot so it didn’t really make it a great place to sit with kids.

I don't know if it's Nandos or Doordash but the last two times I've ordered I've received the wrong order even though the order on the receipt is correct. Never ordering again.

I hate to leave a public review but please do yourself a favour and don't eat here: (we got really sick from their food tonight. They never get our order right either, and management never helps. Just not worth it anymore!

Not my favourite Nando’s due to the location and small restaurant, however food was good along with the service would choose the southlands store over this one
