Always been consistent in their flavour, portion size and customer service.

Only negative, there is no toilet inside the venue. However not a huge issue as there is toilets near the IGA.

Ordered through the Nandos app, they delivered the wrong order. After calling them up they said a staff member would deliver it. Over 1 and a half hours after the wrong order was delivered we have not received our order. After calling up the store again we were told it was still 10 minutes away. When the food finally arrived it was cold and undercooked! We were missing items and our seriously large chips was only half full! Will not be ordering from this incompetent store again, the service is beyond a joke and the food is disgusting. I would recommend others go elsewhere.

Chicken tasted good!

Tasted fresh, good amount of peri chips, burgers were good!

Friendly staff, even checked up on us and cleared the tables, was also busy at the time.

Poor experience and very bad services. I ordered whole chicken and Burger. They served for me the burger only and I waited 30 minutes for chicken and all they said was it's finish. I will never go back there.

That cute blonde waitress is so friendly AND prompt! By far the best staff in all of waterford restaurants, but food is overpriced. 5 stars for that blondie and other staff r nice too

Poor experience bad customer service from delivery would not recommend delivery at all. Didn't receive food and delayed refund.

Soggy chips delivered, bun slapped together and no perinaise dip that I paid for. Clearly someone didnt put any effort in.

This is a usual spot for me, have had good food and service here in the past. Last week there was a new crew in the kitchen and serving. Two of our meals which were chicken based took a long time to come and had to go back as they were stone cold. To their credit they replaced them promptly without issue.

The presentation of the bowls is subpar compared with other local Nando's, and the chicken is dry too.

Just another nandos is just another suburb.can raise the quality and ambience of the place.this particular nandos gives a vibe that it has potential to be better hence the three stars.keep it up guys will visit again soon

Poor customer service tonight. Ordered a 1/4 chicken and pita bread took them 45 minutes to prepare the order.

Great food! Nandos never fails, but had to wait a while for my food 30min, but other then that not bad!

The heater is so nice and cosy. They did really well making the food. Some other Nando's burn the corn or don't use enough sauce in the wrap but here was good. Staff are nice too.

Good food, always fairly average service. 25 minute wait for chicken, which is odd at a chicken place. Food is always well made though and the place is clean etc.
