The best nandos in Perth no doubt, Louise makes the perfect chicken always thank you guys for the best service always

Service is shocking, took over 30 additional minutes after my pick up time to give my food. Workers standing around doing nothing… poor effort

The food was great, had some chicken and chips, although the place was really busy. The cash register staff was cute and friendly, the chicken is cooked well, still juicy inside. Best nandos around town.

Went there tonight for a pick up. Asked the front of restaurant manager (Donnie) how long it would be. He ignored me and waved me away. When I approached one of the staff to ask the same question he informed them not to answer me. I might add I was asking in a polite normal tone of voice. Would like to know why Donnie was so rude for no reason! I canceled the order and left. Will not be going back nor would I recommend this restaurant.

One of worst Nandos experiences. No basting on extra hot peri peri chicken when I specifically mentioned while ordering. Chips quantity was very less for a large and haloumi was screaming for help.

Food came out super timely despite how busy the restaurant was and the queue having at least 5 people waiting in line at any time.

Chicken was juicy and fresh and chips were hot. Good job to the workers at this store managing their rush

Order did not include everything we paid for. We ordered a number of times online and when the food was delivered, there were one or more items missing. We have complained repeatedly but the manager accuses of lying. Worst service ever. They are either incompetent or their driver is eating our food

Waited 30 minutes for our food when we were the only ones in the store. We came at 9pm, they shut at 10 but all the staff were too busy with their closing jobs to cook our order, they blantantly just decided as a group that it was more important to close the shop early than tend to customers, and turned the lights off while we were waiting. There were 5 people on, surely ONE of them can tend to customers first. Staff were not apologetic for the wait, and then got our order wrong anyway. Shocking.

My go-to takeaway outlet. Great taste, reasonably priced and just enough flavours and options on the menu that i never get bored and want to go elsewhere. Perfect! And staff are really friendly and professional.

I went to Nandos yesterday and it was the best ever I got a chicken BLAT burger a small chips and a coke. I am a healthcare workers and they gave me 15% off my bill because of that (they knew cause I'm was in my uniform) it made my day:) the burger was fresh full of flavour and the chips had lots of salt on them and staff were friendly

Had this Nandos today and hands down the best Nandos in Perth. Wonderful friendly service. Food tasted fresh and delicious. Restaurant clean and warm. Will go to this one all the time now.

Super friendly staff here who were really great and I learned it is actually halal so it's the perfect place for meet ups with anyone except maybe veagans.

Very poor customer service. I had to wait for 20 mins just for a pack of chips. That too they gave to me once after asked them. I like Nandos but Never opt this outlet again.

Tonight dinner at this store, Full chicken cut into 8 pieces. First time see very bad service and quality is bad. Give cold chicken not even grilled and size of the bird was small. Even lt looks someone return order gave it me. Never visit this store wast of money.

Very disappointing service! There's a lot of new staff who don't have a clue about service.
Last week I ordered 2 and half chickens. When arrived home found out that the whole 1 chicken was missing!
Tried to call nandos karawara but unfortunately you can't get direct connection only automated response.
So I let it go as it was long drive back.
Today I came to get 3 whole chickens and chips. I have made complain about last week service and insisted that they pay more attention when it comes to order's.
When I picked up my order I decided to double check it and I was horrified to find out that I was missing the whole chicken again!
I have pointed out to the staff that they again didn't gave me the whole chicken again even though I just told them same thing happened last week.
They gave me my missing order but didn't even apologise for mistake, it looked like it's a standard practice for them now and easy way to make quick money.
Who knows how many customers been ripped off every day? !
Well I will definitely no longer buy anything from Karawara Nandos!

1 hour and 45 minutes to delivery 1/4 chicken, salad and drink.
The chicken was cold, therefore had been sitting in cardboard box for ages and the salad was limp and uneatable. Very poor service.

Normally really enjoy Nando's tried one of their burgers this time, found it very average and won't bother again. I'll stick with peri-peri Chicken pieces in future.
