Nando's Karawara

Ordered avo goodness wrap. There was no avocado in that and the base was lemon and herb but can’t taste anything.

The staff and food are very nice. The cutlery is not always very clean and you need to search for good ones.

On a Saturday afternoon the chips were nearly cold and had clearly been sitting for a while before being served. Not the usual hot crispness I expect from Nandos.

The burger bun was close to stale, wish they had warmed the bun up a little. Overall really disappointing Nandos I expect better.

Worst ever， ordered online and choose wrong time. When I came into the shop they said they can’t make it now. I have to wait for 1 hours, or I can cancel online and reorder. Problem is they can’t tell you the cancelling line. Then no one help me in the shop at all.what kind of customer service this is.

As always nandos is just awesome. Their garlic bread is also very good for couple of dollars. I just love whole chicken hot spicy.

Great service, friendly staff. I live near Willetton nando's but I drive to Karawara to eat here. Never had any problem such as late preparation or wrong food in my bag. Absolutely 5 star staff members

I live in Leeming, so Willetton Nandos is the closest to my house, but I come to Karawara to eat with my family. Great service, fast preparation and friendly staffs. Thanks Nandos in Karawara.

Disappointed once again. Ordered through Uber Eats and open what is supposed to be a halloumi pita to find a burger, no halloumi. They already leave things out of orders on a regular basis, but now they’re just mislabeling and sending the wrong things?

Handy location near Curtin Uni, friendly service. Can’t beat a Nandos pita and chips yummy!

This place always have problem with their corn menu, last time there’s equipment problem and today supplier problem. Not good.

I went to this Nandos as it had a special deal for members of a free side with a meal, offer coming via email. I showed the staff the email but as it no barcode so no deal. Pathetic. Would not even override the register to give me the deal.

The lill girl at the counter don't even know what sauces they have.for just chips wich was ready and palced near the packing area in i think 3 to 4 mintutes, i waited patiently thinking it could be someone else.she took 15 minutes to call the order and hand me over.not mentioning the were wrong one's

We got burnt chicken. We complaint to Nandos but no response. Really disappointed by the service.

I love it.but it's getting worse and worse.

They say they sell chicken but their chickens are below the average size of chicken.

I have attached photos below.chicken is barely little bigger than my palm.

Very nice place to visit for a Grilled Chicken with different flavours. The place is easily accessible with a parking lot in the corner at a walking distance. The serving staff is very courteous. Clean and Tidy place. Food was served in a very quick time

The service is non existent, the shop is a shambles, the manager steps away from customers as they are about to order, sets a bad example, really needs to be better organised for a busy shop, I felt dirty

Resturant is good, taste is alright.but it don't have toilets! If you want to use the toilet you have to go to inside the mall towards coles

French fries are not fresh its looks like yesterday’s one so we returned it back, Staffs and services are too slow as well as not friendly. Not recommended …
