60 Disappointed in the customer service, mainly the woman who I think manages the place.
Just ordered their promotion which stated on the counter $13.50 for 1/4 chicken, 4 ribs, regular side and regular drink. I asked to upgrade the chips which she had done. When I received my order, I asked for my drink and was told I didn’t get one after saying that I had ordered the exact promo meal shown on their sign displaying on their counter but had paid to upgrade the chips. She began to tell me no I ordered something else even though everything in the bag was the promo, she then refused and told me I had to pay $2.50 on top of what I had just paid for, for the drink!
Terrible customer service on her behalf, selling a promo which is what I had ordered and paid for, then have to pay another $2.50 on top for the drink that was supposed to be included. Not the first time I’ve dealt with this particular person over my order
We had a great experience here. The food was ready quickly and lived up to the standards that were expected. This is a great place to have dinner. The atmosphere is very desirable. It had a relaxed vibe to it.
Highly recommend by me personally.
Shocking service - last three order done online weren’t ready as per time stated on order receipt. Twice we have had to return home and wait extra 20 mins or so before order was ready.
Understand they get busy but where why not end our courtesy Sms to say they running late
Such an open store compared to Joondalup. Staff are really polite and the food is very good. I usually get the haloumi burger, mild, and the chicken is never dry and the haloumi never over cooked and squeaky. They do really good corn and their whole chickens are really good too.
Ordered take away and it took an hour. Waaaaay too long. Staff were trying their best to keep up but geez. I won't come here again just because of how long it took
Love the chips, the wings and all the flavours that come with it. Staff are always good people. They dont put alot of peri salt on the chips anymore which is disappoint and doesnt make them worth it much longer as the salt is what sells the chips. If they got the salt portions back up they'd have 5/5 stars.
Not terrible. Food is always great, staff are always friendly. Not sure I would dine in though, it can look a little grubby.
Really good Nando's, usually lots of parking even during busy times and the food is as good you'd expect!
Great chicken, awesome friendly staff. However the place is quite dirty and greasy especially the tables. I would suggest take away not dine in.
Very dissapointed with the Nandos Jindalee, this is not the first time l have got home to this cremation. Never going back
Great Nandos! Food is delicious and staff are friendly and attentive. Can be a bit of a wait when it gets busier and the tables can get a bit grubby if staff are busy elsewhere but still food is good enough to earn them 4 stars in my book.
This is our all time favourite place. Reasonable prices and vegetarian options make this places perfect for my family. Good staff and tasty food. They also have mini pitas for kids and variety of sauces. I would recommend this place.it’s a cozy little shop where you can enjoy your meal with your family. Unfortunately they don’t deliver yet

What a waste of ***** money every time order they forget the Portuguese roll and the whole chicken had no sauce and looked boiled not even worth a single star but ya have to give it one
Went with my husband last week, we had the halloumi pita, which was really good.
The service was so amazing, everyone was so smily and nice that we decided to come back today. We have been welcomed with a friendly "welcome back".

Great delicious chicken, awesome spicy rice and friendly staff. However often the tables are dirty/sticky and the staff don’t control out of control children. For instance last night there was a screaming kid who were playing on multiple tables and left them greasy. Would suggest take away not dine in. The sauce bottles are greasy and cultery look old and riddled with fingerprints. However the food is AMAZING.
Been my local nandos for years and was in a couple of times a week but being told by the manager I can’t have rib sauce anymore has completely put me off, not been In since
Looks nice inside. Some hair nets would go a long way in the kitchen. Food was ok but portion size was small.

Rolled up to order when I couldn’t get through on phone only to find it gutted!
Perhaps the unit owners kicked them out like they did Chloe’s Workwear, who knows?
