Nando's Jindalee

Disappointing Mother's Day lunch.cool (not quite hot), slightly stale chips - not even able to be revived in my air fryer at home. Chicken just okay.no crispy skin here. Awful, tasteless coleslaw.

I will find somewhere else to buy my Nandos from now on.

Ordered The Double Classic Pack, Small piece of Chicken Breast on both burgers and Chips were barely warm, Pretty disappointing for $35 odd dollars, won’t be coming back.

Staff can not cope with the overwhelming orders placed for either dine in and especially takeaway. Uber Eats and those alike swarm the service counter and seem to get preference. Food cooked sits banked up waiting to be bagged. By the time your order comes through and you get home it's cold and isn't cooked brilliantly. Last time I bother going.

Order food for 6: 30 pm- waited till 7pm to get food. When we went up to ask how much longer, it had been sitting on the counter for quite some time. Poor service

The last few times we've ordered I've been disappointed. A few weeks ago, I ordered some halloumi amongst other things but when I got home I realised we didn't have the halloumi in the bag. I tried to contact Nandos Jindalee but couldn't get through. I left a voicemail explaining what had happened and asked for someone to get in touch regarding this as I had paid for a product I did not receive. To this date I have had no response. We gave it another go tonight. Unfortunately, the chicken was very dry and tough. I actually didn't eat mine as I wasn't convinced it was fresh enough to safely eat. Again, I tried to contact them but the phone service has been removed and so my only option was again to leave a message. After last times pointless efforts, I didn't bother. I don't think we'll be using this Nandos again.

Burger rolls was stale and had mould on. Burgers were not what we paid for. We ordered the lot burgers en got burgers with only chicken, tomato and lettuce, and bbq sauce that my husband is allergic for. We could not even eat them.

Can not knock the food but the wait time dining in is consistently terrible. It is as if they prioritise the uber eats takeaway orders. Just recently we waited 1 hour for food on a Thursday night. 40 minutes in we overheard the manager telling staff to now start the dine in orders.

Delicious food, did find it hard to order online. So I went old school and ordered at the counter. I did try

This place serves cold food to customers. Then won’t give refunds they have to divert you to customer care team.

Ordered a pita classic and chips. Chips were old (stale) and pita was stale and dry and chicken piece was tiny. How pathetic. What a disgrace. I have been eating Nandos since it started many years ago in South Africa and love it. This was the last straw. I will not go to Nandos ever again.

Nandos Jindalee is a very professionally run establishment with great service and bubbly staff. The manager on duty was very professional in rectifying my order (which I placed incorrectly) but they fixed it without making a fuss. Great service always goes a long way. This will be my go to Nandos from now on.

-Food was ordered at 5.45pm, collected at 6.03pm delivery address was 5 minutes up the road however it didn't arrive until 6.35pm. Way too long to wait for "fast convenient food".

-Chips were stone cold and not eatable
-Broccolini was charcoal burnt and not eatable
-Chicken was cold and bones throughout it plus no flavour

This is the 2nd time in the last couple of months we have had Nando's delivered with a poor overall experience. Waste of $50 tonight and another $50 the last time.

Order Nando's dine in or not at all so they can get it right second time around.

Terrible service. Online ordering just gives you a standard ETA and does not reflect the actual wait time. Waited an hour for food

Sorry this may not be on the restaurant its self but can't find a way to call anyone to let them know. Second time getting uber eats from you guys and second time its been cold. First time we thought just a mistake dont worry but second time I worry about people getting sick.
Maybe something to look at.

Really good vibe, got the double cheese and bacon burger and love it, really friendly staff, would definitely recommend it

Came for lunch with family everything was going fine until that south east asian chick came to our table and took all our napkins away and said "You have a bundle there that could last a month" she made it sound like we took all the napkins in the restaurant. Actually when we ordered the very nice gentlemen just put a pile of napkins on our plate. Just found it abit rude tbh.but what can you expect from south east asians.

We went here for lunch today and the food was amazing! We got assisted by a lady named Kristine. She was so nice and friendly. We will definitely come back.

Good food and friendly service. The person that served me was very professional and bubbly. I believe that her name was Kris. I will certainly recommend this restaurant.

Was just served by Nathan, who was lovely and accomodating with our large order. The most polite cashier we have experienced at this venue:) 10/10 would come again

Worst chips in WA, soggy and tasted awful. Burgers were a mess, looked like a dog's dinner, all four of us couldn't eat them. On top of that, our order was wrong. Asked for plain burger for daughter and got Peri peri sauce and mayo on it. Even got the wrong drinks. I am a nurse so got it for half price which was still no consolation. I wouldn't go back if they fed my family for free.
