Nando's Jindalee

Bathroom facilities are in a shambles, falling apart and dirty. Long waits for food as it looks like the struggle to deliver on the demand. Food is also cold

This is by far the worst Nando’s we have ever eaten anywhere in the world. The chicken somehow was overcooked yet slimey and not flame grilled at all. The chicken had an odd lemony taste which was not pleasant. This was our third time getting food from this restaurant, we have tried and given it a good chance, but no more.
The restaurant is dirty and the floors and door handle is filthy. Avoid at all costs!

Probably the most delayed and bad customer service I have experienced so far with Nando’s ever. They should be more accountable with their timely delivery and attitude.

Update, whoever cooked the chicken tonight should be retrained on how to cook a Nandos chicken, the chicken was dry and wasnt spicy at all! Compared to before the chicken tonight was deplorable (obviously new staff) lift your standards to how it was cooked before or else customers like myself wont be back, it seemed like it was just marinated once with very little sauce and the chicken was over cooked hence why it was dry, i might as well get a hot chicken from coles next time and
its cheaper!

Every time we order we are disappointed, give it few months and we forget and try again. How silly we are! Food always cold on delivery so has to go in the microwave. Missing items as well this time.

Chicken was dripping in base sauce, not grilled enough. That's the whole thing the taste of the flame grill disappointed this time.

Food is always tasty at Nandos. But portions seem to reduce in size after every visit. A large spicy rice means the rice comes in a big container. The actual volume of rice is half the container.

Somehow the food took 20 minutes to come, yet our burger was cold, chicken tenders were waaay over cooked, chips came out okay and forgot parts of my order
Would avoid this place big time

I would avoid this restaurant they burnt chicken and instead of putting it in the bin they gave it to me. Chips were cold, old and soggy with so much seasoning you couldn't eat them even if you popped them back into the oven. I complained because I couldn't eat it and I was given my money back and a voucher. 3 months later I went to use the voucher and it's invalid. This is the only place I've had both ends of the spectrum raw chicken and cremated chicken. At least the raw could be cooked more.

I take my hat off to the staff here as the store is always so busy when I go. They are constantly under the pump and yet always cook fresh food!

We ordered take away last evening, barbecue chicken was not well cooked, sauce dripping everywhere fries were soggy. Very disappointed

Always good food served here. Staff are usually polite and helpful. 22/01/23, staff did really well. They are a young team and were very busy, yet they kept professional and polite. Well done!

My favourite Nandos restaurant, they cook the chicken perfect it's absolutely delicious and the chips are good.

Came In around 3: 30pm, greeted with warm smiles across the team. I went up to order because our order was a little difficult. The lady (middle-aged Blonde) who took my order, made it incredibly easy and was super helpful with the order.
The food came up within 10mins and was cooked perfectly. Great amount of PERi-salt on the chips.
10/10 will be back in the future.

I ordered on menulog, it was almost a $100 order so kind of expected it to be a priority. The order was estimated to arrive at 7: 50-8: 10 and is now only being delivered now at 8: 42!? We tried calling nandos jindalee and what a surprise.no answer.not even hungry anymore: (

Take Away service is terrible. They had actually ran out of what we wanted and didnt tell us for an hour then wouldnt give the money back and we had to get refunded from head office. They constantly prioritise uber eats door dash etc over anyone who has gone in to pick food up themselves.

Staff are friendly and I've not had any long wait times for my takeaway orders dinning in experience is good too

I ordered the whole chicken to my suprise it was cremated iv never seen such burnt chicken served to people its a disgrace

Chicken was ok and chips were good, but was very much like fast food, even though had to wait 25 minutes after ordering to get a chicken with two sides which is a long time when the chickens are precooked and only seared with sauce prior to serving. This part of Perth is really missing a charcoal chicken shop. Dine area has a nice ambiance.

Went dinner yesterday we were 8 people. Order few things which came separate times, But the food quality was very poor, the paella grande rice were still raw. Had to drink with every spoon you take, finally we left it. And on top there was no cutleries and side plates. Went to ask they manage to give only cutleries. Went to ask a second time they say they will bring it as they were washing. Went to ask a 3rd time, they said they will bring it. But it never came. Some of us end up eating on napkins. And it was not that busy by the time we had order our food. Half of the restaurant was empty. And there were about 6 staff. We do understand that there is actually a bit of pressure on hospitality staffs as we ourself are in hospitality but not receiving plates to eat in unacceptable. Specially when you have kids on your table.
