This business of you not accepting cash due to Covid is a load of nonsense. There is no Covid in WA. Stop this cashless system. You have lost two customers today. Myself, wife and the customer that was in front of me who also wanted to pay cash. KFC takes my cash.

Absolutely appalled that my LEGAL TENDER of cash was not accepted.
I will not support any business that does not accept cash.

Clean, bright, well-decorated and clean restaurant with polite and friendly service and fast, fresh, and delicious food. Love this place.

Got a better chance of winning the lotto than receiving the extra Bastings I order. Other than that this place is pretty OK

Don’t bother ordering over the phone. Their new phone system is terrible and when you FINALLY get through the staff hang up on you.

Sevice was great but the chicken was a let down. Had the bbq and was too salty and didn't taste like bbq, also had lemon and herb and it lacked salt or flavour.
The premises are less than clean. All windows need a clean and the hanging glass lights are also in need of a clean.

When it’s time for dinner or lunch this place always come in mind when one is around the shopping centre in Clarkson. The staff is very professional and patient when so many people walk in at one point of time. My fav is one whole chicken with one side of Peri peri chips.

The best ever! Perfectly cooked chicken, with big breast, well spiced. Chips were hot, crispy and well peri salted. Could not fault!

I tried to ring the store, went thru all the options, and was then put thru to a message bank who said try again later, or order thru uber!

While we were waiting for our order to be prepared I noticed this one guy who was serving everyone (looked like manager) treating all the customers with so much disrespect. He kept rolling his eyes and swearing at all the customers and complaining about them as soon as they left the restaurant. I must say, being a big fan of Nandos, that definitely turned me off and made me like it less. Not very impressed.

Staff are always extremely nice and quick to get orders out. Good location as it's right next to the shops.

Had half a chicken and tasted like Coles chicken.didn’t grill it or anything straight from the microwave or oven.disappointed not going there again.

Ordered a vanilla coke, they gave us a sugar free vanilla coke. Ordered a burger with "no tomato", the burger came with tomato. Asked for tomato sauce and did not get it. Won't be going back.

We always have a great meal here! We usually eat in store as it's a nice atmosphere, good music and friendly staff. The food has always been fabulous

Awesome food, so worth the extra $$$ lovely friendly service. Love the huge range of free condiments you can use with your food.

If your looking to get the summer ready body youve always dreamt of, hit up Nandos Ocean Keys. You get a complementary food poisoning with your meal which will get you shredded in no time. My wife and I dropped an amazing 10kgs in 2 days between the 2 of us. If you dont believe me try it for yourself. What a great way to start the new year. Thanks Nandos, keep up the life changing experiences.

Went recently for dinner and although the staff were friendly enough, they got our order wrong with both meals.
My double chicken burger was just a single and my wife's avacado and bacon salad had zero avacado.
Give this store a miss, head to Joondalup or Jindalee.

Disappointed

This is the first time I've walked into a nandos as 8.30 and was refused chicken. The guy at the counter was hesitant to grill a half chicken for me as there wasn't "enough time left". He added that there is a spare 1/4 chicken and he can reheat that. I was surprised at the fact that he even offered that to a customer.

Save your time and money, everything is rushed and nothing done with care. The girls are uptight and don’t care. The Jindalee store is much better.
