64Staff member on the grill was extremely rude and very demeaning. His colleague asked for help with the till and grill boy told him off. Made a mess of our order and then went on to say nandos don’t do skinless chicken. Looks like pathetic service is back at ocean keys. Not going back
They said they dont accept nanods gift card with lower the balance what we are ordered.how dumb
This place is consistently out of stock of half their meal options like haloumi, broccolini, or sweet potato fries. Chicken has been dry and overcooked last few times I have been too and I have received my chips without the peri peri numerous times. I've given up now. This is the closest and only restaurant that delivers to me via app and I'd much rather pay the extra to order it from jindalee through Menulog.
Ordered the vegetarian protein option ‘the great pretender’ and it didn’t need to pretend, it was chicken. I’ve ordered this before and enjoyed how nice it tasted. This time I ordered extra hot and didn’t realize till I was half way through my burger. 5 years of vegetarianism over.
Received food @7.13pm today. Disgustingly packed. Cold water bottle was sitting over hot food. Asked no capsicum in my Mediterranean salad and it’s full of capsicum. Ordered classic veggie pita which is without Mayonnaise, so dry to eat. I have been always happy so far with quality and service this time they made so many mistakes in 3 items. Not gonna order from this store anymore.

Floors clean, staff look happy, food came out fast, bathrooms I would use, a lot of other stores under the nandos name could learn from this site! This is how a nandos should be run
The staff is just interested in churning out Uber orders. I ordered online in advance giving them specific time to pick up and I had to wait another 25 mins in the store waiting. The food was simply sitting there since the time I arrived in the store. Spoke to 3 Staff and kept telling me 5 mins. Super poor service perhaps they should close the online ordering and service only Uber business. Thumbs down.
Just got a delivery from nandos ocean keys having not used them for about 6 months and true to form it was pretty poor food was cold despite being 6 minutes from the store we were left short a large peri peri chip.so fir a $67 order they keep $7. I ring to complain but just get the robot.

The chicken wrap was really tasty. Somehow I always struggle with the ordering at Nando's counter, more than other restaurants. I know there's an ordering app, but it struggled to download. Anyway, don't change your order to a "meal", we paid much more than usual doing that. Pretty loud music as well - perhaps I'm just getting old.
Placed an order for delivery and suprise suprise it was missing items as it has on at least 2 other occasions. Rather than just delivering the missing items you have to contact customer care via email for a refund. Also no phone number listed so you can't call the store directly. Also good to see not a single reply to any reviews on here.
We have always loved Nando’s but the customer service seems to be getting poorer. I ordered takeout today and requested the chicken to be cut to 8 pieces but was not done and I asked for PeriPeri chips but got regular chips.
Very sad to say this is not the first time similar issues have happened from the Oceankeys Nandos in Clarkson.
I had a nasty experience last week Sunday the 14th of March 2021 at the aforementioned restaurant. My 3yo fell on one of your tables and had a deep cut and had stitches. There was no first aider trained to assist with a serious wound. The ambulance was later called after walking across to Key Largo Medical Centre. When my partner went back to collect my sons' food he had to wait a good 20minutes to get burnt mini pita bread and the worst chips ever. There is room for improvement going forward but I told myself I would never go back there!
A while back i took my daughter and ordered us a meal. I soon realised I had forgot my wallet and only had small change and could only afford half the meal. I cancelled my order and paid for my daughters. When the food arrived the lovely young girl said she felt bad and gave us the full order! What a lovely person! Oh, and we always go back, as its great food.
Pulled out a long hair from my salad, missing a large chips, no feta in the salad, cucumber in salad after requesting for it to have none. Aside from all that, the salad was hot as usual. Nandos cannot seem to understand that salads dont like being stacked in within with hot food. Never again.
Gave a 1 aswell because 0 couldnt be picked just ordered from uber tenderloins were so small they could have been swallowed by my koi fish. Burger had wrong basting and was put together wrong so i got a sloppy mess. Chips werent seasoned correctly some none others way to mucb peri peri HIGHLY dissapointing from the other reveiws change you staff.
Gave a 1 because I can't give a zero. Teach your team to LISTEN and READ. Also learn to answer your store phone!
Ordered three boxes of chicken tender and two packets of chips, through menulog, when it arrived both chips were cold and there was only two boxes of tenders, and one was empty.took only 12 minutes to deliver.
