First time visit to this restaurant and my first to any Nandos for a year or two.
Firstly, you've only got two people on duty and they a busting a gut keeping up with orders, cooking and cleaning.
Yet they still managed a Smile on entry.
Because they were short-handed, it was requested I order electronically at the table. I hate doing this, for a multitude of reasons. But I didn't argue.
Stumbling through the order process, but I eventually ordered what I wanted and paid for it.
I'm not going to complain about how long it took to cook, because they were short and it's all fresh. The chicken hasn't been in an airer for ten minutes.
The portions are still small. I'm Old, so I remember the size of chicken pieces they gave you in the 70s.
But it was cooked well and the Hot Sauce had me sweating, just you should.
Sweet Potato Fries were new and were the meals highlight.
Firm, crispy and delicious. Exactly how they should be.
So yeah, if you are in the neighbourhood and want to see hard working people doing their best to deliver good Fast Food?

Ordered via the app and the meal was missing the main ingredient. Nando’s support did nothing to fix the issue.

Guy took our order immediately and we got our food quickly. Food was tasty too. Kudos to the team on tonight.

Walked in ready to order my food stood there for like 10 minutes waiting to be served, none of the workers asked if I was alright just ignored me so I went out and had to order online on my phone then waited in there for around 40 minutes, watching a worker (i think the boss) flirting with this young boy hugging him and that, then Eventually got my food, my order was correct but chips a little cold but otherwise the food was good.

Holy demons Clarkson Nando’s has no chicken at 7: 00pm what a disaster only tenders on a Wednesday workers were very rude offered no discount or satisfaction services to make up for it

Have edited review since dining in while other friends ate and they do have chicken for only Uber eats orders what happened to customer service for people that drive to the restaurant to have a meal

Pathetic. Got order totally wrong with Uber and you cannot even call them anymore to fix it as they have a 1300 number.
Not all phone calls are about making an order.when companies no longer want to speak to people you know there is a problem.or too BIG to care.
Nandos use to be good.but now they are just another McDonalds type business. Uber is hopeless with problems as well.
If an order is wrong when delivered.good luck getting it corrected.
Nandos Ocean Keys for some reason though seem to get every order wrong.the receipt we get with the food clearly states what we have ordered and has been checked off by the Nandos staff.but still gets it sooooo wrong. Lol. Like they cannot read.
If Nandos keep going in this direction.they might disappear soon like some other chains over east have recently.which would be a shame.

Ordered from the table and waited almost an hour for our food.people who ordered after us were getting served before us.our food sat on the bench for about 10 minutes getting cold while the lady waiter walked around aimlessly.we then finished our food and was still waiting for chips which was then brought out to us and not the correct chips.poor service

Very slow service! Ran out of chicken at lunchtime! No apology was offered until pressed on the matter. Arrogant response from waitress. Half cooked chicken and stale bread. Very disappointing!

Went into the store to order takeaway. Two guys ordering when I went in. The kitchen is flat out despite no one being in the restaurant. Two guys in front of me order. The order goes to the kitchen, and a staff member tells the cashier they are out of wraps. The two guys have to order something else. Waiting for them to decide was painful. Eventually, they order. My turn to order. Explained everything in depth, step by step. Luckily, I got a copy of my receipt, and when I checked it, they had entered my order wrong. I told the cashier, and instead of refunding me and doing the order again, they simply wrote on the receipt and handed it to the kitchen. This left me out of pocket as what I wanted was cheaper than the stuff up they charged me for. They hand over food. It's not my order. I eventually get my food, and the order is correct, but what an ordeal, and it took over 40 minutes. The photo shows how empty the restaurant was.

The half chicken ordered was a bit dry but also lacked that Nandos kick with the sauce thats marinated, compared to another store not far away there was a big difference in flavour and tenderness of the chicken, they obviously need retraining on how to cook the chicken the nandos way because it is not the same as the other Nandos restaurant which does it perfect.

Tonight I looked forward to connecting with friends over a warm evening meal. In hindsight, looking back on tonight’s regretful decisions to attend Clarkson nandos, I’d like to warn the public away from wasting their hard earned pennys and more importantly worker valuable time. First of all, we waited at the counter to order for 10 minutes before we were greeted with a glance before the worker turned to her screen to take my order. She made feel a nuisance. After a long wait of staring at our food under the hot lamp, our meals arrived in drips and drabs. Disappointed but unfortunately not shocked, half way through my wrap, my belly was starting to fill, but there was room for more. I took a mouthful and almost immediately screwed my nose. My tongue tingled with the tickle of a human hair brushing past my tastebuds. I spit out my food in disgust… as someone who has been humbled by the stresses of the hospitality sector, id like to give the workers the new fit of the doubt to rectify their health and safety breaches with sincerity. To my astonishment, I was victim blamed and shamed and given all but a piece of paper with nandos support number. If I wanted support from telecom I’d have buried my head in my phone. I wanted connection, genuine apology, sincerity and to be comforted by a fellow hospitality worker. Instead I felt like a monster. Like a Karen. I’m hurt, disappointed, and ashamed to have been treated with such little camaraderie.

Unfortunately, I never got the chance to eat here at Nando’s Clarkson store, because I was totally ignored while waiting at the counter to order my meal. After about 10 mins I got fed up and left and went next store to Grilled where their customer service was excellent. Customer service in this store can be greatly improved.

I haven't been to Nandos for years as a felt it was over priced and I have always been disappointed and underwhelmed by the service, that is until now, I am shocked to say that it was an amazing experience
We sat down at a table and noticed a QR code which I scanned, this took us to their menu, which was easy to understand and order via the app then when the order was ready it was delivered to our table with a smile
watching them work in the kitchen was a joy, even though it was relatively busy, it all ran like clockwork
The food was fresh and delicious, my wife had the paella and I had a chicken burger, we even had the garlic cheese Pita (worth trying at $2.95 very tasty little snack, make sure you leave some to mop up the sace from the burger)
Will definitely return, thank you for an enjoyable experience

Food is always good and consistent. The venue however is always littered with messy tables and rubbish on the floor. I know patrons can be messy and it is the diners that create the mess, just an observation

First time here was fine and the staff were relatively friendly. However today was literally deplorable. The girl at the counter with short blonde hair made everyone order on their phones, except for one older man. Why? Then it took 20 mins to get 2 burgers and chips. Also, why? The staff were standing around chatting like they were bored. You have been hired to work, so freakn work lazy people. Also requested sauce on the burger, which was clearly not on there. Also the food was luke warm? How long was it sitting behind the wall? Who knows. Didn't realise working at nandos was so difficult! Hopefully one day these numpties will find out what working for your money means.

Terrible customer services. Refuse to take cash. Didn't have any buns when we went. Not a great experience for my first time here and I won't be coming back. When I complained i got told by the guy that served me that I do you realise I was speaking to a clinically bipolar person? Nope I did not but it's not an excuse for the terrible customer service!

Classic pita with extra chicken breast was very average. Plastic chicken and really light on the rest. Seen this a bit recently, not just here.
