Nando's Aveley

Absolutely disgusted by nandos ellenbrook and menulog.
We placed and order at 7pm and were told our food would be delivered by 7: 30, Our order cost almost $70.
We waited and they then changed our delivery time to 8pm, i then had to feed my daughter something else as she needed to go to bed.
We were still waiting at 8: 15.the menulog app was saying our driver was waiting at the restaurant since 7: 20 May I add.
My partner called nandos ellenbrook to see what was happening, they told him that they had run out of chicken but didn't bother to let us know or anyone know and still continued to allow us to order from them, knowing full well they couldn't provide our food.
They were insanely rude and unprofessional when my partner contacted them.
My partner ended up driving to the restaurant and collected our order 2 hours late.
It was soggy and cold and inedible.
We have contact both nandos ellenbrook and menulog and neither one cares one bit about what has happened to us. Absolutely disgusting
Will never set foot in there restaurant again or use menulog for food delivery.

The team at Nando's Aveley did a wonderful job last night when my uber eats driver delivered my order to the wrong address (resolved by uber eats now). The Nando's team resolved the issue last night, even thorough they had not caused it. They were very helpful and polite, looked into what happened, called me back and prepared the meal again. I'm a fan, these guys were fantastic and the food was absolutely delicious. Those chips! Not to forget the delicious paella and salad.

I ordered the other night and they forgot my pineapple
I didnt bother to get the receipt and by time i realized it was too late as they had closed.
I went in and luckily a staff member remembered me and got it sorted for me. I even got an extra pineapple for my troubles.

Slow service. Staff have no idea about wait estimates so restaurant always ends up full with people waiting for their phone orders.

Was not impressed with the burgger bun, so dry and no doubt was never meant to be still in the kitchen.

Just made online order. No coleslaw when order picked up. Cannot be stuffed to go back, nor should I have to. Coleslaw is the corner stone of a half chicken chips and chip dip meal. Paid for it, didn’t get it. I’m not here to fcuk spiders, if I pay for something - I expect it in the bag. Beware ordering from here

Food is decent, apart from the soggy bread. Orders are mixed up alot, and the waiting times are horrible.

The food is always cooked and prepared really well here & the customer service is great hence why they get so busy. Because of how busy they are the wait times are often very long, my last visit I overheard other customers complaining because of how long they had been waiting for their order when I just walked in, paid & my food was ready waiting for me.

Pro tip: if your getting your food to go, preorder instead of going in and having to wait 40+ minutes during peak times.

As a Nandos, one of the best. One of the very few to have livers on the menu albeit not always (ring to check). Recently refurbished and a quite pleasant alfresco area.
Only downsidd is they're not licensed, but that's morr to do with council/gov regs tham anything else.

Good service, ran out of chicken which was disappointing but gave us extra sides to make up for it

For a Nandos lover, the past few times we have eaten their, have been a sad experience. Burnt chicken and having to wait 20-30mins past the expected competition time are common. I love my extra peri peri salt and extra basing but when that request is ignored, on top of the other setbacks, you have 2 stars coming your way.

Order online first. Saves you having to wait on a busy Friday night for take away. I walked in and past at least 7 other people waiting for their orders, picked up my order which was freshly cooked, and left. Generous serve of hot, fried sweet potato chips here.chicken was a little dry and burnt so 4 stars

It was a long wait tonight, but Nanods has the best Sweet Potato Chips I have ever had! Love their Peri Salt

Service is good but my complaint lies with the food, $18.80 for a large pita combo. 5mm flat dry chicken stuffed with half a lettuce and 2 slices of tomato.what happened to the plump chicken breast with tomato cucumber and lettuce all mixed together? Could of gone to subway and got a bigger feed for cheaper.

Ever though man this hot nandos isnt hot at all? This nandos doesn't have that problem. Fast service and actual hot spicey food makes this nandos very cheeky

Great food, friendly service and a nice atmosphere. Nandos is usually good, but the atmosphere and friendliness is good even for them, must have a good manager.

When you order a chicken burger here, you get a chicken burger. Unlike other Nando's joints where you get a lettuce burger and a tiny side of chicken. Place is always packed though every night of the week so you'll wait a bit for your food.

Bacon and avocado salad with tenderloins. What was actually received was 6 pieces of bacon with lettuce and cucumber with no avocado and 3 tenderloins. No communication around not having any avocado available. Disappointed meal at Nandos Aveley, they really need to review the meal size and provide the correct meal as advertised.

If I could give this a 0 I would. Not only did it take 15 minuets on “hold” to get my order thru, but after I was told it would be ready in 20 minuets- I waited another 30 minutes on top because the food wasn’t cooked when we went to pick it up. An hour for chicken? I’d rather go to Kingsley where they do their job properly.

Phone lines are always cutting out so ordering ahead doesn't make a difference when it comes out incorrect. Wait times are usually more than 25 minutes but they'll always give you a complimentary choc mousse everytime they do something wrong
