Scanner for app not working, place was filthy, No AC on a 40 degree day meant it was inside than outside. Would not recommend

Some of the guys in this store need training, I paid for a meal at Nando's Ellenbrook, and the payment accepted but they had issues with their system which caused the receipts to not work. Even though the payment said it went through the manager said your payment didnt go through, he said i needed to pay again.so i paid again and when i checked my bank account, i got charged twice, then i showed him (the Asian Male who was the manager) and his response was 'DONT WORRY ABOUT THAT YOUR MONEY WILL BOUNCE BACK' I then told him to record that i got charged twice and he said yes and then 4 days later im still waiting for the money to come back and then went in to ask and no one knows about it.

Please train your people to know what to do in these situations because i cant spend my whole week fighting to get my money back and no one even knew who to contact to get my money back.

An hour wait for food while three people before me got served. Not the first time it happened

Been here numerous times, always busy, my most previous visit was a long wait, over 40 minutes even though I ordered online. Food was delicious though, be prepared to wait!

I've tried on multiple occasions to give this restaurant the benefit of the doubt. But christ oh lord please sort out a system for pickup/deliveries. Jesus effen christ.

So slow, 3rd time iv been here and every time its slow and its not even busy. Hate to see it at dinner time

If I could give a zero I would. Zero communication, I tried calling, no answer. Been waiting over an hour for my order now.

I would say this is the best Nandos i've been too. Order is always ready on time and the chips are always crispy and well seasoned.

Ridiculously slow. There is a sign that says staff shortage but the kitchen is too small for more staff and didn’t see any advertisements for jobs. Improve efficiency. I went to two other nearby food outlets came back and still waiting.
Hence my customer service rating of one. Also no staff wearing food handling gloves? I wish someone would open a charcoal chicken place in Aveley so we don’t have to put up with this

Went today to dine in with family. First of all tables were filthy and sticky. Staff over there didn't bother at all to clean it. There were no plates and forks in the self service area. We had to request few times to the staff about cutlery.

Clive’s customer service was the highlight of the night. He made you feel looked after and gave good and fun vibes. Food was tasty too.

Food is most often consistently good, service can be a bit bumpy at times and it does get busy.

Been coming here for years and it’s definitely one of the better spots for Nando’s.

Update as of August 2022:

Been away from Australia for a few years, and found it’s not the same. Not as well managed, the portions are a heap smaller especially the chicken, with my most recent supreme burger I actually couldn’t taste the chicken which was horrendously undersized in comparison to the bum. Don’t bother asking for extra spicy as you don’t get any seasoning and better off putting sauce yourself. Ooo and they don’t have vinegar anymore for some odd reason.

Poor quality of chips. I went back and asked for fresher ones and was told this is how we do them disappointing

The lady in charge on 29th May 6: 30pm was amazing. She managed her team very well and was prompt with my order. It was indeed very busy but she had an amazing smile on her face and got things done!

If there was option for 0 stars I would give it.
Firstly, I was only person waiting and the staff took 5 minutes to take my order.
Order - 1 large chips
I waited 25 minutes!
Absolutely ridiculous
Restaurant was absolutely filthy also.
Don't waste your time going here

Just had a 4 tenders meal, chips and perinaise dip was great, but the 4 tenders ️️️ where so tiny like your tiny finger. I was quite shocked.

Cold food total disarray staff confused uber drivers cramed in and orders made sitting for ages

DO NOT ORDER from theses guys. Twice we've ordered now form these guys for delivery, TWICE our food never got delivered!

Workers there care, when they don't take cash worker was helpful and paid for the food and I reimburse him with cash, food was good with massive servings best Nando's I've ever been to, thankyou to the one staff member made it a pleasure to eat at

This place is awful. Turns out they can choose there closing time and there is no point of their advertised close time.
