61Changing from 5 to 1 star, wish there was -5 stars. This was the best Nando's but now it's the worst store ever. They keep on getting orders wrong with longest waiting time and doesn't matter the time of day. You can never reach the number when calling to check on orders and they cancelled online order without informing. Such a disgrace for the Nando's brand this store is!
I stopped going here a long time ago. I don't know as to whether it's changed or not. Last time there it was the driest and smallest chicken that I had anywhere
Food was all good however they seemed understaffed and a lot of customers were waiting too close to the counter not wearing masks correctly or at all. Need more staff on at peak times (this was 8pm on a public holiday).
3rd time we have recieved cold food from this particular nandos with ridiculous wait times and absolutely no offer to rectify the issue or issue a refund. Highly recommend you avoid this store.
We ordered from menulog from Nandos Aveley and it took a very long time to arrive close to bedtime and we were starving. We called the restaurant and they seemed to forgot our order. When the food arrived, one burger was missed completely. We rang to ask and they said they have no driver to deliver so we either had to get refund or pick up the missed burger ourselves. This is sadly unacceptable service.
Placed small order 45 minutes ago and still not ready. This is not On! Supposed to be "fast food" what a joke. Absolutely dreadful service by very unconcerned, incompetent staff. Goodness knows what the food will be like if we ever get it. Will not be going back to the Ellenbrook store.
Same great food quality you expect from Nando's. Staff are great and helpful. Restaurant is a bit grubby and needs a good clean.
We got delivery an for the price it was bad food was cold and make bad I wouldn’t Recommend this too anyone Terrible food Hungry Jacks or McDonald’s would’ve been better for the price So disappointed
I have to wait almost 2 hours to get my order! The food arrived so cold! I just wasted my money
Chicken is hit and miss probably to do with who cooks it. Sometimes dry and little sauce, which surely is a faux pas for a seasoning franchise.
Don't expect your order to come out at the same time as your partner's. The last 4 times we've been here, one of us receives a meal within 5 minutes, the other is 20-30 minutes later. If at all.
After a 20 minute wait to collect my order I was really disappointed with the size of my meal for near $20, small burger which was no better than a KFC equivalent. The Peri fries were ok but still left me wanting a better experience for all the hype.
Food is always good. They need to sort out there take away drivers they take over the place makes me not want to eat in. 35 mins to get a burger and chips is nuts also. The uber eats type people should have to wait out side. Don't for get its top dolla for food here
Nandos Aveley is getting worse.have experienced issues previously but let it go. This time they messed up the order again - hardly any peri salt on the chips, asked for two legs which they said they would do but gave us a breast piece instead, kids tenderloin was 2.5 pieces, an extra egg has gone up to $3.50 and to top it all up, 3 customers without masks, and staff didn't ask them to put on a mask either!
The place is a circus. The last half a dozen visits have gotten progressively worse. Now a menulog driver hangout. Thanks for the memories
Worst place I have ever gone to first the delivery was 20 minutes over time the chips were cold and the chicken burn to a crisp then spent 45 minutes on the phone talking to multiple people and put on hold countless amount of times to be told they can't do anything sorry then hung up on
As usual our take away order had hot chips and all other food is cold. Burger was dry and missing the bacon we ordered. This restaurant needs to be audited by head office. Poor quality and service when compared to a lot of other Nando's restaurants.
Great experience from the staff always checking if the food was acceptable. Also followed up with a QR code promotion in store. Food itself was amazing. Chicken was not dry and fresh with just the appropriate amount of sauce. Hot please
Second time in 2 weeks that I have visited for 2 is a party and been told "sorry we have run out of tenders or thighs" this is a place that specialises in chicken.like really? Can't even take my partner for a date night without this place being a disappointment
