Nando's

For some reason this Nandos is consistently disappointing, whether dine in or takeout. There are much better ones close by in my opinion. I would think it would and should be one of the best considering the location. Unfortunately its my default restaurant for takeout but I will travel to Wanneroo or Beldon if I click and collect.
SPICY RICE - Whoever cooks (undercooks) or supplies your spicy rice should no longer do it. At least 10 times in the last 6 months I have received it and it’s so undercooked it’s beyond edible. I wouldn’t complain if it was an isolated incident but it’s always bad and you really need to fix it or have better quality control.

Ordered online and picked up my order. No Nandos rice. Tried to ring no answer. Not happy will never order Nandos Joondalup again

Food was amazing.
But I had to wait 45 mins to get my order, that's the slowest service I've ever get in nandos.

Joondalup Nando’s is well and truly, by FAR, THE BEST Nando’s in the northern suburbs! I’m a Nando’s-aholic and Joondalup Nando’s gets a 100% rating from me every time. Plus the staff are always super fun and friendly which makes the food taste even better.

I’ve been here twice and twice they have burned at least two items that I ordered. Staff are friendly and quick and the food tastes standard for nandos quality. Short wait times when I ordered but he sure to order in advance on busy times.

Ordered a Classic Burger and was alittle bit disappointed. Mainly because the bread was dry, and the top of the bread sorta caved in.
The chicken was okay, sauce was okay. Not a bad place, but I was starving so just sort of disappointed me.

I have been to other Nando places and that was good, Joondalup sort of gaved way.

As though, the cashier lady was super nice when I ordered.

Good service and much better than Wannerro branch. Would keep to joondalup even i leave around the corner fron Wannerro.

Nando's Joondalup very frequently makes great food and the staff are very friendly and quick to help. I don't visit often, but I don't recall ever having a bad experience with them.

I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for some good food!

Finally a Nando's that puts peri peri salt over all the chips when getting take away and not just a dusting on the top ones!

Ordered a Chicken burger that must’ve been heated up in the refrigerator cause it was stone cold as soon as I picked it up.ordered Peri Peri chips, didn’t get them.off cuts of lettuce including the core and sand

Staff are always unenthusiastic, all three times they have stuffed up some part of my order and I feel like I can’t ask them to change it without them getting angry at me as if it was my fault.

Excellent ambiance and nice music. Lovely service and always honors the special requests, two leg pieces in a half chicken: D

Great food and service as always.

The place itself is kinda cramped, the roof is plastered over where it seems to be falling in, and there's a hole near the plaster that they've covered with a nandos cardboard box.

The couches are ripped and the bathroom is tiny, minimally cleaned and run-down.

It's a shame because the decor - lights and artwork - is lovely.

Would come again for the food, but I hope that someone takes the time to actually maintain and care for this place.

Some exceptional service here from Prince, you won’t look back, casual enough to be one of the boys, yet professional enough to be the face of the company. Definitely will be coming back. Ytfb

Long wait for food. Place need to be repaired had roof is leaking, had a bucket of water on top of a couch with siting customers.

I have Nando’s all the time and I have to say, the customer service I received from a girl called Gab was the best I have experienced yet. She was very friendly and went out of her way to help me and answer my questions and as a result I ended up trying something new. I have worked in food and that girl should be managing stores. Awesome food and great service has made Joondalup my favourite store.

Loved their hot sauces and the whole concept.
It was a bit difficult to figure about how the ordering goes. The food was great and served very quickly.
Affordable pricing too.
Definitely would visit them again.

Great feed, good atmosphere, I love just heading down for a lunch with my book, its a great place to just relax and eat away from the rush

Great food and service. Staff were excellent. We stayed a bit late and they didn't nudge or hint for us to leave. Thanks for making us feel welcome

Came in here a couple of weeks ago to order and got told we will need to wait over 40 min as they had run out of chicken, we decided to go elsewhere as thats rediculous! Came back the following weekend and got told it won't be long but ended up waiting 30min for our dinner, not happy and the young staff need to learn some manners when dealing with their customers as you dont even get a hello! Not happy!
