Got food poisoning two weeks a go, don't go there. Undercook chicken really makes you sick!

Apparently Carramar is too far for these guys to deliver to. I've had food delivered to my place before with no issues. It's only a few months ago that they decided that it's too far for them. It's only a 5 minute drive and it's the closest Nandos near me.

I had an evening stop off at nandos joondalup. Tables weren't well cleaned. I used antiseptic wipes.on the table and just under - the hand grab spot! Chairs weren't much better. I cleaned the chair too.
Food was OK and staff friendly although not very solicitous.not that impressed with this store.and it looks a little dingy.

I ordered 4 tenders got 2 cut in half. Very disappointed.
Also my paella came with veggie patty instead of chicken.
I already check my order before I leave the restaurant but I shouldn’t have to look inside the box too.

Just went in there with partner and daughter. Staff refused to take order saying to do via QR code. Not all fones can order through QR code and to top it of after sending us back to our table without taking our order he took an order of another customer. Lazy? Favoritism? I don't know what it was but poor effort for sure.

Went in for my lunch break, i have client based work so have no flexibility. Ordered a simple half chicken combo. 25 minutes later, no food and the grill is empty. I approach the counter and they realise their mistake. I say I have no time to wait now, and asked for a refund. The server said they could not do this as there was no manager onsight. Either refunding the eftpos or providing cash was not possible withoit their approval, and they made no offer to contact them. Instead, I was asked to leave my details and now have to chase up my own refund. I have never been to an establishment that makes it impossible for employees to fix point of sale issues. If this is not the policy, this staff member needs retraining. If this is the policy it is a stupid policy, especially for a place with a high number of low value sales. The risk of authorizing employees to process refunds is next to none. The idea this is impossible without a manager present is ridiculous, and now i have waste even more of my time to get a refund, on top of not getting to eat lunch today. Complete waste of my time. Not coming back here and will advise people not to.

Looking very tired. Grubby toilets, door handle missing poor food quality. Not the STD I'm used to at Nandos!

Ordered in-store, waited 1 hour! Was first in line and only person waiting, but they were constantly doing online orders and forgot about me. Wasted an hour of my time.

Went to order a chicken burger and chicken bowl.no bread. No chicken breast or tenders. No coleslaw.had to get chicken and chips and chicken alternative. The guy behind the counter had the enthusiasm of a sloth. Lift your game Joondalup Nandos!

Food usually nice but the place is filthy. Some of the front desk lack basic communication skills.

Food took around 45 minutes to arrive even tho it had been sitting in the window after 15, they prioritized the takeaway and Uber orders way more instead. Spicy rice when it finally arrived wasn’t cooked either

My wife ordered online tonight and all looked ok. I went to pick it up and they were “closed for maintenance” and we were obviously unable to pick up the order. While I am sure there is some System reason with not being able to stop taking online orders while the shop is closed, this is not great. There were two others when I got there in the same situation. Order food at 7: 40pm was told to collect at 8: 06pm food was ready at 9: 25pm. 1 hour and 45 minutes for “fast food”.

So sad, after waiting for 30 minutes, my order was delayed for 25 minutes more. It took an hour just for eating a quarter chicken and regular chips.

Waited 45 mins in an unaircondtiioned restaurant. I ordered the soft bun and got 2 bricks either side of my chicken.in the pita I ordered someones hair was in it and to make this whole situation worse it was so loud within the restaurant

They don't take phone orders anymore, only online now. Used the online system got into store when they said it would be ready and they hadn't started. Whole reason I pre made the order is so I didn't have to wait.

I ordered large chips today and before I placed my ordered I checked how long it will take. Cashier said max 5 minutes. But didn’t get chips even after 7minutes then I asked how munch more time and they said 1 minute I was okay to wait another minute i got my chips but undercooked. Not happy with service.

I'm a Nando's addict and I always have the same dish the Superfuel Salad with chicken tenderloins. Nadia Joondalup make THE BEST of any other Nando's around. 5 stars for that. The only criticism would be that staff could be faster to clean the tables of make some disposable paper towels available so customers could do themselves (I'd be totally fine with that)

We ordered for some "seriously" large peri peri chips. The order was made quick and the chips were hot and fresh.
