65I loved the food but the toilets were disgusting. It really dampens the customer experience when the toilet has bugs, dirty floors and smells bad
Yeh never coming back.why force people to order through the app and add an additional 3rd party charge, as we’ve been waiting at the counter to order. Why rudely turn us away when you could please just take the order, and force us to do it all ourselves. Poor form, I don’t want to give my full legal name, phone number, email, table number et c etc when I order, I just want to order food instead of doing all of the work for you. At the end of the day, I wouldn’t be too bothered about being forced to order in app, if the manager were polite in the smallest amounts, but they were just rude, told us we could go away and order through the app and that they couldn’t take our order, just for a friend of the managers to come in, have her order taken within 15 seconds, and be treated politely and with respect after being told we can go away less than 5 minutes before. Would not recommend, would actually recommend to actively stay away unless you want to be treated like dirt. In the 30 minutes spent eating, all I saw was her talking with friend sitting out front, being on her phone, and then would unceremoniously walk into the kitchen and start yelling at her poor employees. I feel sorry as they all looked completely miserable. Just about the rudest manager I have ever met, waste of time and money 100%. Would give 0 stars but unfortunately that’s an option
Nandos chickens are so good and tasty but if you like the spicy stuff then its better to try their hot or else better go with the mild one and sweet potato chips are my favorite they are so yummy
These stupid employees. I forgot my $200 Retainers for 3 minutes, and they threw them away.

You don’t even get a hello when you walk into this business instead they avoid you. Also I was refused from ordering because the business did not allow me to pay with cash.
We can't order on the phone but when I got there, they asked me to wait for them to get my order in. For 30 minutes. And I was in a rush.
The DIY ordering takes some getting used to but the food is good and the staff are friendly.
Ok so food was ok but staff members were average, saw some female employee walk towards me to get my plate but then walked away back into the kitchen and vaped all over the food in the back kitchen
Won't accept legal tender.i. E. Cash. Somewhere else will be taking my money for lunch today.
The chicken was served abit cold and I was abit concerned it might not have been fresh. The fries were hot and fresh and hot though.
The worst chicken burger iv ever had a bite off I couldn't eat the rest. Couldn't find the chicken it was that small and the bread roll was hard as a rock.

Ordered half chicken and corn.
Not much meat on the chook. Corn burnt and I felt it wasn't fresh. Disappointing.
Absolute rude guy at point of service
Tonight he told 6 of us to go sit down then we realized after 10 minutes they weren’t going to take our order he wanted us to use the app. Meanwhile we got up and lost our spot when we got ti the counter 15 minutes later only to be told that they had run out of chicken and the wait would be 30 to 45 minutes We all left Nando’s and walked 50 meters to Fridays where the service was exceptional We will never step into a Nando’s restaurant again
Food was delicious as always Nando's. Staff were very polite helpful and patient especially since I still needed to use the paper "booklet" menu. Old school but I needed to see printed material, don't confuse older folks like me
Chicken wasn't grilled properly, not as good as Nando's Butter. Would of rather had gone to Oporto
This store used to be really good. The past year has gone down majorly. New staff just not cutting it. Nandos in general has gone down hill. They've taken the Ribs away due to "Supply issues" however you can get the Ribs over east!? They took the thighs away, butter for the corn, perinaise dip and the wings. I used to eat nandos alot now I'm really not interested. They don't care about what their customers want and the stores are run by kids.
Terrible service. Went in store to pick up the order and had me waiting 20 minutes. Turns out my order had been sitting there and no one called my name. Seems like the staff would rather be on their phones.
Don't recommend, driest driest driest chicken and wrong delivery the only 4 times I've ordered as over 2.5yrs I've lived in JOONDALUP. I've gave the a chance. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Good luck whatever, don't say you warn you.
Maybe a bad day for the kitchen, one order placed for two meals and they arrived at the table ten mins apart. Meal one chicken burger was cold on arrival. I said I’d wait for the second meal to arrive and discuss with the server but no point. I thought maybe it was just us. But multiple other tables had the same experience
We arrived at Nandos 6 minutes before closing time (3/9/22) in need of a yummy feed (takeaways). Even though there were no customers left in the store they happily accommodated us. We both said that they didn't have to cook for us & if they were eager to close up it is okay but, he said that he didn't want us to go hungry. As a bonus the food was still delicious even though it was the last meal of the night! Thank you for still cooking for us and making us feel welcomed.
