Nando's

Shocking service, staff were lazy and careless. Food took soo long and when it finally came it was cold and dry. The smashed avo option wasn't smashed and did not taste good. Won't be returning!

Undersized and dirty salad: I received my salad with avocado with rind (QR sticker still attached to it!) Makes me a bit nervous about what else made it into my salad. I reckon a refund is called for.

A simple act of answering a ringing telephone was failed to be done. Such action is required to accomodate what it is that could be a) an emergency call from a staff family member or b) a customer complaint; lastly c) a man requesting for his whole chicken to be 1/2 mild and 1/2 spicy.

Made an order via ubereats delivery and no “note to restaurant” option. Impossible to be ubereats’ fault or mine as I’ve looked for it for approximately 3-5 mins. Wanted to customise order so messaged my ubereats driver Ugyen, trying to get them to answer. Got my guy Ugyen to say my request but he was ignored and proceed to pack my food. Unhappy with staff, probably not ordering here again.

I ordered a vegan burger and a seriously large chips, both of which were screwed up. The chips we were given were a large and when I asked the staff they told me they were seriously large. 5 minutes later the larger size was brought to the next table. They also managed to put a chicken breast in the vegan burger and when I confronted them they didn't seem to even remotely care and didn't come to ask my friend if she was okay (for the record she hadn't eaten meat in 6 years and was visibly sick). The table was also disgusting, it looked like it hadn't been wiped down all day, there were beer bottles from (hopefully) the previous customers that never got removed and there was a constant water drip from above that would splash onto us every minute. We would have switched tables but it affected half of them.

They are always at least 20mins late with orders. If they say a pick up time add 30mins to be safe.

Prioritise takeaway drivers and dime in, if you want take away you will be waiting 30minutes when it's not overly busy.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Waited over an hour for my takeaway meal and this hasn’t been the first time. Actually insane

Chicken was good, so good you wouldn't believe it. Damn nice chicken, the things I did to the chicken you wouldn't believe it.

Very clean restaurant friendly staff

Very Useless, ordered for simple supremo wrap. They said half an hour waiting time after even longer than an hour, I was told we can not exactly tell when your order is ready. Really messy team, food was all over the floor and so many people in the line waiting for their order.

This place has really gone downhill. The flavour of the sauces are good, but the quality, texture, temperature and cooking of the chicken is terrible.

Friendly staff, non pushy, polite. Not sure of the names of the staff on the night of 25/9/20. Great service and fast served food, quality feed

Was a disappointing experience. I went in and there were no menus and no big menus up on the wall, but suggestions to order online to get food in the restaurant. We looked at the online menu but ended up ordering in person. I asked for the vegan burger but when I check at the end of the process of the whole order was vegan, the server said no, the mayo is not vegan. I am glad that I checked as I would not have wanted to get something I didn't order (I ordered a vegan burger, I assumed that would mean making the whole burger vegan, but just a substitution of the patty). Also, I asked for the soft bread from the menu, but it was rather stale and disappointing. At least the grilled broccoli was nice.

Nice service from staff. Extremely friendly staff and the food is good. Great place to grab lunch, Average wait time is about 15 minutes during lunch rush. Lots of different options on menu. Am happy with my meal

The place was quite and peaceful. Nice service from the staffs, had there for family dinner and enjoyed the food. The food was great too.

We love the bbq chicken and the chips and especially the corn. The chicken is always nice and juicy. Will go back there tonight! (For takeaway - look forward to being able to dine in again).

I came to this Nando's store a few days ago with a big order. The person who served me (sorry I didn't get his name) was very helpful and very patient as the order was quite long. The wait time was about 20 - 30 minutes, although this was to be expected as it was the lunch time rush. Everyone was happy with their meal.

Love the food and amazing service. Always a go to, easily one of the best nandos locations in Perth.
