Outstanding food. Very fresh and extremely tasty. Ordered the Paella Grande online at home for pick up. Food was ready very promptly in about 15mins. Barely had to wait anytime to get my food once I was inside the restaurant for pick up. Perhaps in future for other customers it might help though if people instore were not forced to place their orders through their phones instead of at the register (didn't apply to me though). Staff member assisting people with their orders at the register was very friendly and helpful despite being under the pump as they were clearly very busy (Saturday night) with lots of orders on the go and it was a very hot evening as well. I didn't dine in, took my food home with me. Very good experience.

WORST NANDOS. I waited for 1 hour to pick up my order, after an hour the manager told me the order was accidentally given to someone else and they ran out of food and won’t re make it. THEN THE MANAGER HAD THE AUDACTIY TO BLAME ONE OF HER STAFF MEMBERS FOR THE ISSUE WHEN THAT STAFF MEMBER WAS WORKING EXTREMELY HARD WHILST THE MANAGER WAS DRINKING A RED BULL OUT THE FRIDGE AND DOING NO WORK WHILST IT WAS EXTREMELY BUSY. The manager should be fired she truely showed her colors by causing the initial mistake and then blaming one of her hardworking team members. I hope the team member gets compensation for his hard work and the manager gets fired for her trash attitude.

The staff of youngsters are super lovely and work super hard, but boy, the burgers get smaller every couple of visits, yet the price increases constantly at the same time!
Nando's used to be a place you would go to get full on delicious food. Unfortunately, this is across the board with all Nando's in general (not specifically Nedlands), the portions are small- the burgers are not enough for a guy, or an average teenager. The large chips are small, the Paella Grande promises '2 chicken breasts' in the rice- they must have different sized chickens on their farms than the rest of the planet. Pity, eventually it will be too expensive to eat there at all.
In addition, all the stores are understaffed and cannot serve you or answer questions- Nando's also refuses to take cash, card only, and also want you to order online to dine-in instead of ordering at the store whilst you're in there.insane!

Go to the nandos in Subiaco instead, health and safety is nonexistent, the open kitchen was the worst idea, no gloves, hairnets or any hygiene practices in place LOL. Food was decent besides the occasional hairs.

What are we trying to do here guys, phase out cash? Walk in and go to order and I'm rudely told to sit down and do it on my phone at a table. Half the chairs on the left hand side of the restaurant are packed upside down at 8: 00pm odd (at least 2 hours before close). I sit down with a mate and its freezing cold on that side of the restaurant because the door doesnt close properly, so we move to the side with the packed chairs and are told that we cant sit there because that side is "closed". Ok, we'll sit on this icy blizzard table then.

Some time later the food comes out, basically gets frisbeed at us. I ordered a pita with an extra chicken breast in it and chips, about 26 bucks. Keep in mind, this is over $10 dollars worth of chicken supposedly in this pita, you can get a full roast from woolies for that. The chicken comes out and its more akin to two sheets of asbestos, in flavour, texture, and size. Genuinely believe they just cut a regular breast in half, because the pita was basically empty. As for the sauce? Hardly even enough to moisten the mouth. Only thing reasonable was the chips, but in all fairness is seriously hard to mess that up.

Unequivocally the worst nandos in the southern hemisphere. 0/10 would never recommend and we're never going back.

I used to be a regular customer to this store for several years when I lived close to their location. Went to the store recently and requested for a whole chicken to be cut in to 8 pieces which is what I used to order for several years. I was advised rudely by the manager that they could cut the whole chicken only to a maximum of 4 pieces. I explained clearly once again, humbly requested and understood they do not want to give what customer wants. Hence walked out of the store and drove to another Chicken shop (Pollito) close by, who were happy to do what customer wants and furthermore their Chicken was cooked to perfection. This is how businesses loose their regular customers to others. Good luck guys.

The salad was good and good value. You need to use the QR code on the table to dine and the restaurants is cold.

The restaurant was empty. Was not allowed to order a take away over the counter. Took 10 mins to use the app then the food took 25 mins to prepare. We had to ask for our food and staff was rude. Chips were cold too.

Listen man, we went in there and they just didn’t take our order they said scan a barcode? Am I robot?
It was iftar time too Wallah they actually dragged it. Unbelievable. Had to go get a kebab instead lol.
Won’t be coming back.

Went up to order my food and they asked me to go back to my table and order at my table the link didn't work so I went back up and they ignored me for 15 minutes then made me feel bad for asking them to take my order. This place is backwards

The lady Cook today is nice and friendly and when cutlery ran out and I asked her when she came to serve, she gave me a cleaned one from the kitchen. Nicely cooked chicken and broccolini. Freshly wiped clean dining tables. Cheers.

Happy to be back to eat Nandos!

They were very consistent with their taste, and the staffs were very helpful. This particular restaurant in Nedlands is the upgraded version with all digital order & payment (I dont know any other Nandos restaurant that has been upgraded)

Ambience was nice and very cool inside restaurant even though it was hot outside.
Price is average as normal Nandos would be, but there’s a different condiment arrangement here.
They do not have Mild Sauce condiments in the condiment bar, but they had Salad Dressings (? Maybe they have menu changes?)

Nonetheless, happy to be eating here again and recommend everyone to visit.

Eat here if you want diarrhoea and excruciating stomach pain.and what ever you do don't drink the in-house water /dish water I've never seen so much floating in a bottle of water. Nasty.

My partner and I came in, completely empty restaurant, 3 workers standing. Let us try to order from our phones to later say there was no chicken. I mean, is the main thing about Nando’s. Disappointing.

Ordering system is idiotic. Staff are lost and confused. Multiple customers were complaining and confused. Food takes forever. And when it is made they leave it to go cold and are confused about where to take it. This is the most confusing weird place I’ve ever been to. Avoid it.

Whoever owns this place does not know what they are doing.

Created large order on app. App won't let me submit. Asked staff for help. Not helpful. Said just start again use website not app. Had to redo large order. ️ Why let you create an order on app if doesn't work.

Had the chicken Pita which was unpleasant. Bacon overcooked and dry. Salad all soggy and little sauce right at the bottom. Subiaco Pita 10 out of 10 Nedlands Nandos 2 out of 10. Staff unhelpful. On arrival told we had to complete our order using the barcode which took ages to complete and then had to wait another 30 minutes. There for 45 minutes.

Nando's is always good. But they couldn't serve me, they told me just to use the QR code on the table. Could definitely have better customer service.
