59Very disappointing experience. Chicken was burnt and chips was brown, I asked to change, waitress argued that’s how they come out of oil. Chicken was charcoal burnt, I never asked for it to be charcoal burnt! Not happy at all with the poor service. Standards are falling down due to careless. Staff needs customer service training, very rude, refusing to listen to the customer. I certainly won’t be retuning to this brunch!
Very disappointing service, menu is only online and could have ordered four times by the time it worked. Staff uninterested and food was served cold. Restraunt was freezing! Extremely unpleasant experience.
04july2022 2pm … came in, tried to order but it needed to be on credit card. We are not locals (foreign credit card) so i asked for cash payment. The short haired blond top cropped hair female waitress / staff refused ; “ the till is closed “ ; i tried again and … felt so welcomed at nandos … loved the feeling of “ i dont think i need the work “ atitude.the rest is here in the review. We left and ate at Dome.
Went in to order takeout, took 15 mins for them to actually start making our food.waited a total 35 mins
It's sad to type this. But I wanted to give this store a 2nd chance. To be fair, my 1st issues has been sent as feedback and I will post this as feedback.
If you advertise that you are open until 10pm why is the door closed, locked and all the chairs put away at 9: 40pm
I just finished the gym down the road. Check the time and walked to it to find they are closed. I would understand if I'm off by 5min but not 20min.
I see there are a few feedback regarding time. So to me this is not the 1st time for other people. You may wanna update your times
Place is a mess. Order very very late. Order wrong. Order cold. No utensils. Can’t possibly get things more wrong. Please sort yourselves out
I have been a customer for nearly 15 years and have finally given up on a badly run business with a good product.
Going to “online only” is short sighted and dismisses a huge part of the population who don’t want another login/password or perhaps want to order in the car and pay when they arrive.
However, the last straw is the only phone number being a national 1300 one. When I tried to order online tonight it said I was out of business hours at 8: 05pm (even though the website said the store was open till 10am. I called the 1300 to find out what was wring and was told simply that orders must be online only.
So I drive down there and they said they had to close due to some shortage of chicken issues.
This info was not shown in the website and I couldn’t call to check.
The person at the store said I maybe could have entered my postcode and a lock number may have come up. Perhaps I should have been born a wizard and had the ability to hunt through the website for this option.
This business is ridiculous. You have chosen to go online and even that is clunky and messed up.
Prediction, this once great business will die in 3 years.

Slowest nandos in Perth. Took over 2 hours to get 3 salads! And they never supply the vinaigrettes with them either.

The worst Nando's ever! On a Saturday at 6.00 pm, there were just few people in the shop to get takeaway, and incredibly I waited more than 45 mins. In the end I discovered that my name was wrong, and the girl on the counter who took my order, looked at me like didn't care. A part of these inconveniences, the food was all burnt, too salty, the meat wasn't fresh at all and the corn soghy and also burnt. 90% of the food ended up in the garbage. Just a waste of time and money.
Won’t be eating here again. Took over 40 min for food not even during a busy time.
Staff left food sitting on the counter going cold for ages before handing it out. Pretty disappointed. Every vacant table had dirty plates still sitting there. There was more than enough staff on they just weren’t doing anything.
Bro I ordered chicken tenders 2 times but I only got 1 singular tender.

Pleasant atmosphere, fast service, good food (better than many other Nando's shop I tried). Beer and wine are also served while selection is small. Recommended.
After waiting an hour for take away I had to cancel my order and get a refund. What a waste of time.
Waiting over 35 minutes for a single classic burger, the store prioritised ubers over in store customers and as a result leaving a bad experience for those who took the time to drive to the store. By the time I got my food it was cold.
Nice store with a lot of seating and friendly staff.they do a lot of online orders, our dine in order took over half an hour to arrive.
I have never found it more difficult to order a eat in meal with a beer and takeaways at the same time. Not the 1st time either if the chicken wasn't that good i wouldn't bother.
Normally food is great and so is service, but leaving a bad review because website says opens at 11 am on a Sunday, and doors were still locked at 11: 30 am, waited for a while and still didn’t open so just left. There were employees inside that could be seen roaming around so either a) website timings are wrong; b) someone forgot to unlock the front door.
Food is good but the wait for takeaway is just ridiculous. Waited for 45 mins in store for takeaway to come
Took too long, staff unfriendly, and sitting on their bums, waited over an hour for our food and restaurant was empty
Have ordered multiple times via UberEats. Quality of food received is not up to usual Nandos standards - chicken has been over cooked on more than one occasion. Orders delayed on more than one occasion.
