45Nando's is so good, and this restaurant is always consistently good when I visit to have my tight fillet meal. Oh, how I love my thigh fillets meal!
This is a very good Nando's restaurant. They actually listen to individual customer requests; staff there is friendly and professional.
Called 4 times trying to cancel an order, owner calls me up 40 mins later and I explain to him what happened and he blames me for the fact they never answered the phone and "put me on a list".
Man clearly knows nothing about customer relations and I will be making a complaint to the parent company about this guy.
Cold food. Got the order wrong and refused to admit they screwed up. Never going back. Worst nandos ever
Food is always good, the rest is absolutely terrible. Half the time the cooks are on the phone or using a bluetooth headset. They get orders wrong, will get mistakes on pricing.and the worst part is the wait time.
Does not have aircon or even a flow of air through it. Highly suggest not eating in if you go here, especially if you've gone for some pretty spicey choices.
