45Terrible staff, staff were on there phone, the peri chips just had the salt just on the top and not mixed through mind you we were the only people there still poor effort from the staff and none of the food was good - fed the leftovers to the dog. The food was in adequate.
My favourite Nando's. I live a few suburbs away but happy to travel to this store because the service is fast, friendly and the chicken is done very well, not overly charred, is juicy, tender and tasty. The food standard is consistent despite this store being quite busy at times. The people who who work here are hardworkers.good job!
Recently dined in for dinner the first time and was impressed by the impeccable service especially the alluring specs girl. She made sure our meal was a memorable one and ensure we got our food well and gave us all that we needed right on time even though she was busy. Would pay anything to get the same quality food and absolutely her again. Highly recommended
Paid for a large meal, got a regular chips only. Staff didn’t want to know about it. Price of large isn’t on the menu so only knew the price when I paid, which was ok, but didn’t get what I paid for. Stay away.

Had lunch with family yesterday. Good service from the little girl in busy time. She managed very well. Chicken was delicious. Will come back again.
The best nando’s around! The chicken was nicely charcoaled, juicy and full of flavour and they had all menu items available. The spicyness was there and they weren’t stingy on the marinade sauce. 10/10 would recommend and go again.

But everything was good but when I tried a rice which was awful cause it’s not even cooked

Staff were really friendly and hospitable. Always asking us for what we need and making us feel important (almost feel like they are making us feel like we're dining at a family's place). Food service is really good as well and place is very neat and tidy.
Shocking experience. Cannot take in the fact they will serve completely uncooked bacon, and chicken that can only be likened to rubber. Avoid this place like the plague.

Absolutely disgusting! I ordered a chicken blat with lge peri peri fries. I arrive home ready to eat.
The burger was mash/squashed and slimy from tooo much sauce. It was so rushed the chicken wasn't cooked, only 1 piece of tomato and spot the lettuce was no show. Fries were raw and over salted. I rang with my displease they said if I return it they would refund the money and provide me food.
This time I asked for half the sauce on burger too only receive the same result. Chicken was cooked, burger was slimy and pic was the same. Fries were cooked but heavily over salted!
Appalling I would recommend to eat there ever infact hungry jacks could do a better job for half the price!
Gave me the wrong order again. (6: 45pm 20-Nov-21) Got a box of paella instead of 1/4 chicken. Also, the chips were not cooked enough. This is my closest Nado's but unfortunately I'll have to avoid it, as the service is not as good as other stores.

My family’s order
They totally forgot about our meal so we reminded them and all up it was a 45 minute wait.
Our meal:
1: chicken Berger not fully cooked meat all through.
2: powerbowl gave wrong meal.
3: chicken Berger not fully cooked in middle.
30 minute wait for a burger, pita and chips. I actually had to leave because I was already late for meeting someone as I didn't expect to wait 30 minutes for fast food.
High price for a very poor quality burger.wedges were great service excellence but standard of the chicken burger let's the team down.
Order was delivered late. With today’s technology it shouldn’t be advertised at a delivery time then arrive 20minutes later. Was a staff lunch who were on a 30 minute break which had to be cut short due to the lateness of the delivery.
I had one of the worse experiences ever in this nandos. Made me wait for 10 minutes then they told me i can't redeem my gift card and another worse thing staff didn't understand English
