The worst service I have ever experienced if the place was run by blind wombats it would have better customer experience. You should be ashamed of your business you are literally the reason vegans exists. I am so upset you have ruined my night by being selfish rude people. Cheers

Great place to sit and eat. The burgers were enormous and looked amazing with the peri peri chips. The halloumi pita.delicious. Thank you Nando's, Melville

My chicken was so rubbery I could not swollow it. The restaurant was dirty and the bathroom was disgusting.stay away from this branch.

Service is so much better these days than when i visited many years ago. I stopped dining there because of that. I'm glad I tried again.

Waited 30 minutes for large chips, and when I got them they were stale, old and over cooked, would not recommend this Nandos.

Ordered Haloumi sticks and got it in a small lump in the smallest brown paper bag. Safe to say I'm never wasting my money on that dish again.

Always great food but unfortunately always food is under sized and waiting service is too long. You guys honestly need more staff! The guy at the till is cooking and touching the screen buttons and rubbing his hands on his apron and clothes.the guy at the back (note: only one guy!) is at the back prepping/ cooking the food/ and washing dishes. And the guy at the counter constantly going off at the guy at the back.what a mess honestly get it together! It’s such a shame as food is good

Overrated and overpriced.
Pay 25 bucks for a burger, drink and chips and you can't even fill the chip bag up properly!?

The customer service is pretty disappointing. I actually get my dinner from this place an average of 2 times a week and I am yet to have a "pleasant experience".

Good looking vegan burger with tasty vinegar sauce salad.it's simple and tasty good with the variety level of spicy sauce.gives me a special taste.

Honestly a bit Over Price Chicken, Peri Peri Chicken extra hot was nice, reminds me of Andoks in the Philippines, but a chili version, extrahot not that hot for me. Burger has gotten better since I ate last time more like Beef Juicy burger of hungry jacks, but its a chicken version and a chili one, definitely do not recommend to eat if your not into chili burgers, defenitely bland if you just choose the regular one your in nandos to freakin taste the chili dont be a wuss and order the plain one, my tip is dont buy any side chips chili isnt designed for chips, chips + chilli = disaster, for the burger add extra hot chicken peri peri for flavor extrabaconand caremalised onions, cheese lessens the spicy level so if you want it not extra hot anymore do not recommend to get extra cheese.

Honestly abit overprice, chicken is small. If a bit bigger serving and bit more spicy Id give it a 5 star.

Disgusting and should be closed immediately! I ordered a quarter chicken with chips 9.30pm Saturday AFL grand final day.
The cook / chef in his broken, difficult to understand English insisted I could not eat in the empty restaurant and had to have take away despite the shop closing in 30 minutes.
I discovered when I arrived home why!
A tiny size 12 leg with minimal meat was drenched in uncooked sauce and then rubbed in the bits of charcoal that they had collected from the BBQ griller the staff had most likely just cleaned. I noted when ordering that the griller was clean at the front near the counter.
I guess the old saying is true you pay peanuts you get monkeys.
I shall be reporting this to upper management in Nandos and the health department as it was the poorest attempt at cooking I have ever had the misfortune of encountering.

The whole place looks so greasy and grubby. Wouldn't suprise me if they get fined for health violations soon, like many other Perth Nandos.

I thought Nandos was all about the sauce? Literally had no sauce on the classic pita, none on the thighs slaw pita and zero spice (ordered extra hot).

Walked in and caught a glimpse of the kitchen and it was filthy, walked right out. No wonder nandos restaurants are being shut down for health violations

It's Ok. Seems to be making a better effort with customer service although seems amateurish. Food was Ok.

Absolutely APPALLING experience. Chicken was alright but chips were soggy and the place has NO VIBE AT ALL. Staff seemed disinterested in the business. No smile, no greetings. Really? GUYS YOU ARE RUNNING A RESTAURENT, NOT AN INFORMATION BOOTH.
Get a lesson in BASIC CUSTOMER SKILLS.
Do yourself a favour and drive a bit further to McDonald's. You will be looked after.

Nando's chicken is amazing. Burgers are ok. But I really think stick to the grilled chicken. So tasty!

Great paella and peri peri chips. Plus a take away fork in the bag! Far better than many stores I've been to.
