Once again I have experienced lousy service at this store.
Have been waiting exactly 47 minutes from my order being taken.
Still waiting¡!

Nice, but no Sachets sauce was a real bummer, dont know why i didnt get any or how to order them.

Visited a while ago. Felt like we weren’t wanted there as we were asked to move seats twice by staff to make room for other people in a bigger party to connect tables. No free seats left, no reservations to say the tables were taken up, no seats shown to us that we could move to. Ended up asking for takeaway cause no seats were left. Never returned.

Waited 40+ minutes for an online order. When I finally did get it, it was child because it had sat on the counter for most of that time.

Perfect service and very kind staff.low light restaurant with a very nice atmosphere. Perfect for everyday dinners or lunch outtings. The place was also very clean and presentable. Love it keep it up

I am very pleased with the service. Staff are very helpful.
I take my own container for my take away chicken cooked to perfection every time.

Wonderful food, great service. However I’ve had to ring multiple times and no answer countless times, therefor making it an inconvenience for me.

Our main meal sat on the counter for 12 minutes before they cooked the chips and when questions they would not replace saying that is why there is heater lights. When we got the food home the paella was half full and a total of 6 peices of chicken in a paella grande. What a joke. The meal was cold as well. Love nandos but do not go to the rockingham shop as the service is worst than bad.

I LOVE Nandos, BUT, the Nandos in Rockingham is poorly managed. Every time we go it seems they are out of something, the wait is forever to get our food. More often than not they bring out one part of the order 10 minutes before the rest, so one family member sits waiting to eat with everyone else and their food gets cold. The staff is friendly, they just need better management.

Good food, bad service.and slow as, and it wasn't even that busy.i guess they know their chicken is good, so why worry about the quality of their staff.wrong attitude. You just lost me as a customer

Food is never constant. Attend some nights and chicken is burnt, salty and portions are so small as if to feed mice. Then Attended the one afternoon and burgers were back up to standard and cooked perfectly. Managers need to step up and get on top of this urgently @Nandos.

Nando's Rockingham. They went out of their way to be helpful and told us not to stress. There was plenty of time to put in our order.
Even got extra hot sauce sachets to go on our chips.

Staff were nice.food came out fairly quickly but the burger was average and the chips were soggy. No love.

This is the second time I have had Nando's that the portions did not reflect the price, not ever going back, total rip off, and even thought the staff were friendly, it doesn't make up for being ripped off, over 30$$ worth of chicken!

Should be called Nando's pigeon! A tenderloin and a thigh were the same size as a nugget, come on guys you can't expect ppl to pay good money for that!

Friendly and helpful staff. The store is very clean and the bbq chicken is wicked, will be back.

Rudest cashier in all of Rockingham. He made me feel extremely unwelcome in their shop. Real shame since we do like the their food.

The chicken fillet in the burger was not much bigger than a chicken nugget.tasty but disappointed as I feel every time I go there the portions are getting smaller

Your cooking might come from a 3rd world country, but I would love to have some first world serving sizes, not just first world pricing.
