Nando's

Hiring more staff is a great way to clean up tables that have just been left messy from previous customers. There’s a pandemic going around and I reckon there would be people who would do a job like cleaning tables. YOU MAY ALSO GET MORE CUSTOMERS IN IF THEY HAVE A TABLE TO SIT AT

One of the worst nandos I have ever been to, the cashier was struggling to pay attention to my order even after repeating it twice. Did not have any sauces or salt available. All tables were sticky as if they had soft drink spilled on them and never cleaned (Literally every table)

Got to Nandos for dinner before movie but unfortunately the food came out so late we had to reschedule the movie for the later session (45min wait on a less than half full restaurant)

Don’t recommend.

I came to Nando's today to eat, he brought me the order and I say the chips are not fresh at all, he tells me that this is what you like to eat, and if you do not like it, do not eat it now, what should I do?

The staff are always friendly and the share platter was hot as requested. Some delay being a Friday but it was Hot food, Peri Peri chips, spicey rice and corn corbetts.

Ordered a supreme burger. Believe me nothing supreme in it. A cold sandwich with hard old burger bread.

Order taken incorrectly despite repeating what I wanted twice. I ordered one whole chicken and two large sides and got and was charged for one large and one small side. I asked for the chicken to be left whole and they cut it up. The chips were stale and there were no plates available or brought to the table. The coleslaw was only cabbage and no dressing. Nando's is certainly not what it used to be

One of the worst Nando’s in Perth. Ordered at 12pm ready for 12: 30pm.

Get there @1245. They not even started the ordered & then finish it & stuff it up.

Later realise order was done wrong.

Not the first time even!

The staff are friendly and the food comes at a reasonable time and always tastes fantastic. However the ripped booth seats are terrible, the damage is massive and not comfortable. And not to mention the napkins all over the floor kind of make it look bad, especially when it wasn't busy.

The service was horrible, the staff were extremely aloof and had no clue. Why would u be putting drinks in the fridge with customers waiting at the counter during lunch rush is beyond common sense. No apologies were made about the wait time, the manager made a pass poor excuse about the dishwasher being broken. That's not the biggest problem u have there today your staff and their attitude it. I didn't ordered any burgers or anything over complicated and there was no sign of the food coming so I asked for a refund. The refund still took another 10 min to occur.

Me and my wife allways come to rockingham from baldivis for nandos as we find it so much better, service is allways good and very polite.

Tables were filthy. Customers were piling up dirty dishes and placing them to the side of the table. No one came to remove them. When our meals finally came out the plates were dirty with old dried food on them. My son wanted to go to the toilet and the toilets were disgusting. I had to take him to the toilets in the shopping centre. Definitely won’t be returning to this store.

Undercooked Chips, Overcooked Chicken and dry rice. I've eaten Nando's in many other countries and Rockingham Nando's wins the prize for the worst. Don't bother going here spend your money elsewhere.

Burger was very nice, however the chips were Luke warm.as I was dining in I expected hot chips. My biggest gripe is you still can't pay with the official Australian currency.has to be a card.

Don’t come here! Worse Nandos ever. Took an hour more to just serve a whole chicken and chips without apologising. And the food is not worth to be waited for. Only if I can give 0 star.

Nice little place. We like Nandos food.
Some staff need there manners checked. Like a lot of fast food places in Perth and surrounds, the staff need good training and how to respect clients and work colleagues.

Consistent food quality, but the serving time is really slow, need to wait. The chicken are getting smaller.

Chicken Blat and Double Cheese & Bacon burger. Was nice and tasty but a little over price at just over $19 for the burger small chips and small coke.

After waiting over 30mins for our order we had terrible service and very unhappy with our meal.
I would have understood if they’d been busy but only 4 tables were occupied.

This place refused to take my cash, I will not be having Nando's again any time soon. As cash is a legal tender.

We ordered not much food and people that arrived and ordered 10 minutes after us got their food so we got a refund
