What a disgrace this company does not accept cash - you are part of the problem. The only reason I didn’t walk out was because nothing else was open as public holiday.
A cashless society would be a tragedy to Australia - sort it out Nandos.
The food was ok but I will only return shall you accept cash

Who ever was on the counter couldn’t of given worse service if they tried, very uncomfortable experience to say the least.

Helpful service although chicken didn't have grill marks. Took a while to come out but that's expected

This Nando’s is the best restaurant I’ve ever been to. My go-to place to eat. Always has friendly staff with great service, and well-cooked food. The atmosphere is really special, warm and comfortable with great music. The food is exactly what Nando’s should be. The peri peri chips are the best chips you can buy in the world and the burgers are masterfully crafted. Amazing spot too right near the movies and San Churro. PHENOMENAL

I love love love that they have a little tap and sink right in there to wash hands before and after meals instead of me doing it in the lavatory. The renovations look good too

Poor customer service and portions are ridiculous. We order the twos a party feed and they gave me a leg cut into 2 saying its a 1/4 of a chicken. 2 tiny pieces of chicken that was not even enough to feed a toddler. Staff was rude and looked at me like I was stupid when I asked if it was the actual portion. I wish i took a photo of the piece they tried to give me because it was ridiculous. Staff recooked a better piece but was completely unpleasant and unprofessional about it. Wouldn’t have been as mad if they were nice but staff was rude and condescending. Not worth the money should have gone to gyg.

I ordered and was told it would be 20 minutes. I got back 25mins later and no one was on the grill then another 10 mins later he comes out and throws the chicken on and i get the order another 10mins after that. My haloumi was old and tastes like feta cheese. I have 1 tom and 1/2 piece of cucumber and sauce to put in it that was so hot i couldnt eat the salad. The chicken was dry and tasteless. The place was dirty

Ordered to pick up, waited for 20 minutes. Noticed a takeaway bag under the heat lamps, meanwhile the staff were all just standing around talking. Ten minutes later I asked if my order was being made and they passed me that bag.

No cutlery, kitchen staff extremely rude, got order wrong and took 30 mins to get food. Waste of time go to warnbro nandos.

Asked for the great pretender with Haloumi in a wrap meal. My husband had chicken. We both got chicken & only realised when we'd left the store to go home. Being vegetarian these kinds of mistakes can really disappointing.

Had a family feast here with 2 whole chooks with some sides. Haven’t had Nandos for a while but was pretty happy with the feed.

Got to love the peri peri sauce. The place was clean, staff were pretty friendly and the food came out pretty fast.

The only thing is need to buy bottled water as other Nando’s have tap water But then again things might change as havent been to a Nandos in a while.

Ordered a Uber eat delivery, once it arrived to our house we had 2 chips and garlic bread missing. Called the store to tell them and they said nothing they can do. We decided to just drive down there and collect the missing items. Returned home and again we are missing 1 of the 2 chips we ordered!

Not the best Nando's I have ever been to around Perth. Only takes online orders even when you are dining in. The cash register is open, the staff wasn't busy, but I had to spend 15 minutes waiting for a verification code to get a Nando's account before actually ordering a meal. No cool man. Not cool.

Absolutely delicious food, the chicken tenders were cooked to perfection so soft and melt in the mouth. Totes highly recommend

Service was horrible, gave me my food at 2 different times. Didn’t just give it to me all at once. And she was rude when I asked about it. Put onions in my food when I asked for no onion. She was openly loudly speak about her personal life on sleeping with people. Not appropriate At all

I love Nando's food.but didn't even get that far in this Nando's.cigarette smoke drifting in, no coverage for ordering from the table and I gave up on the queue after 10 minutes.

The worst experience ive ever had.
Young guy and girl at the till were on the phone while I was waiting to pick up my order. Neither of them acknowledged me and another person behind me was standing there.
Then they both walked off and started looking at their phones right in view and kept looking over at the line then looked away talking in a group.
After 15 minutes of waiting the young girl with blonde hair come over and finally got my order.
The most terrible service I’ve ever experienced. Bunch of young workers all on their phones in the kitchen. If there was a no star option that’s all they’d get. Don’t ever go here.

Wish I'd taken photos of the meal - absolutely brilliant, so tasty, very generous portions.

And the second bloke to serve me was super friendly and really helpful.

That said, the first bloke overcharged me, and then didn't care, so that's where the extra star went.

But will happily go back again.

Delicious place to eat and served amazing chicken. Suggest a visit cause the mood and atmosphere is beautiful.
