69Very friendly staff at this Nando's. It was busy because I visited at lunch time but my food didn't take much longer than normal.
Ordered a Paella n it was full of rice with 3 tiny pieces of chicken. A balance of rice and chicken was required, don't think I will order this again
Arrived shortly after opening and the restaurant was filthy, ended up walking out. The new fitout is nice but cleanliness is terrible. Previously had wait times of 30 mins because of all the delivery orders.
3 staff members on at lunchtime on a Friday. The lady who served us was rude and unenthusiastic. Stock stacked in front of counter, tables were messy. No napkins. Completely understaffed and a waste of time in my opinion. My friends had finished their food by the time I got mine. When I finally did it was burnt.
Long waiting time, sauce bottles are empty and staff dont want to refill, asking to get full bottles from other customes/tables
The service was rather slow. It took a while to get 2 burgers out. And there weren't a lot of people there. The food was good but I've been to other Nando's that have been faster and better.
Definitely not the best Nando's restaurant that I've been to. Was missing some dressings and took a long while for a burger order to be fulfilled.
Subiaco Nandos is good. They honour their free birthday meals for loyalty scheme members. The food is as spicy as I like and yummy, particularly when you choose sides other than chips. They are on Uber Eats (indicating a lot of fat in their prices) but various deals make their prices more reasonable.
Been in few nandos across the city and always liked the food. I expected to get decent food but here the food was really poor. Soggy chips and tasteless burger. Also had meatballs and u can tell they were microwaved. Needs improvement!
