They were slightly busy, however there is no excuse for food that has been sitting before you receive it. The chips were not hot and the chicken the same. Do not serve chips sitting around. Fresh chips are a right not a privilege. However the staff were friendly and helpful.

Forgot to start making order, 45 minute wait.
Would have been better off dining in elsewhere

We ordered takeaway. The food was subpar. The chips and chicken were cold. The chook was also dry and not tasty.

Specifically ordered a pita wrap in a large meal about 3 times to the last serving me at the counter, and they provided me with a small drink, and no chips when the food came. I asked the young girl where the chips were as I ordered a meal, and showed me the receipt and I apparently paid for the items individually. Asked if I then wanted to pay for the chips separately and I politely asked them not to worry about it.
The drink station cups were dirty and the outdoor seating tables had not been wiped down and were sticky and disgusting.
Disappointing visit, won’t be back

Saw this guy speaking Japanese phrases to the chicken on the grill. When he realised he had been noticed he stared deep into my soul.

Best chicken I ever ate

First time visiting this store and I’m glad I dined there tonight! The restaurant was clean and my meal came out very quick and the chicken was perfect. Unfortunately my partner’s meal took awhile to come out and the side took even longer but the guy serving was very polite and apologetic and offered us complimentary drinks. I was extremely impressed, now that’s what I call customer service!

Decent service and good to see they're taking COVID precautions seriously. Service took a little longer than I'd have liked but the food was with the wait.

DISGRACE TO THE SOUTH AFRICAN NAME. Hope your store shuts down. Ordered Uber eats, worst experience of my life when it comes to food. Gave me like half a bag of chips when it suppose to be a large. Chicken was dry with no basting. Everyone should be sacked

Consistently terrible! Bad service, extremely slow, messed up orders, cold and stale food - awful. I keep giving them ‘another shot’ and I regret it every time time. Go to any other Nando's, it will be worth the drive.

Always freshly cooked. Tasty and as hot or not or as spicy as you want. Chips were good. Sauces available.

This was one of the most painful experiences of my life. When I asked staff how long it would take for my order to be ready I was flat out ignored. 30 minutes after waiting I was told they had run out of what I had ordered and offered a substitute. What I was offered was completely burnt and cold in the middle. I genuinely would not recommend this place to a single person. If you really want Nandos just go to the next suburb.

Ordered 7 items and, on pick up, asked to please double check that all items were there. Despite clear confirmation that the order was complete, once home I discovered that it was not. Happened before. Best thing is you cannot call the place at all. Call goes to message bank and nandos customer care call never returned. Sadly, Nandos seem to care all about profit, not the customer.

I'm in the hospital and placed an Uber Eats order, but they forgot to include a spoon and tissue. I'm not sure what they were thinking how I can have paella grande without a spoon in the hospital. Additionally, the potato chip was awful; it was soggy without seasoning. I would not recommend this restaurant.

According to their website they open at 10: 30am. I arrived at 11: 15am and was told that “the oven wasn’t cleaned last night” and they were going to be another 15 minutes. So the oven has been left filthy overnight? This happens regularly at this restaurant, not opening on time, so I don’t believe the excuse. An hour late to open is not good enough, very poor management. So I’ve wasted my lunch break because you can’t be bothered to open on time? Ridiculous.

Bad service, each time we have ordered online and picked up we have had to wait around 20 to 30 minutes longer than the time they tell us to come pick up. Multiple times they have forgotten things and we have had to ask them for the rest of our order.

The service and staff were fantastic. The outdoor area pigeon s all over. I had to change seats before sitting as the chair had droppings on it. I then worked out by the serving size of the leg I was given I may have been eating one of their own. It might explain why they were harassing me and my wife so much. Bit ordinary really.

This is an excellent place for an inexpensive, filling lunch or dinner. The chicken is juicy and flavorful, with a nice kick to it. There is a decent selection of sides to choose from, including some vegetarian options. The service is friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is relaxed, with a vibrant, casual vibe. The music is a bit loud, but overall, the place has a warm, inviting feel to it. The prices are reasonable.

Devastated. It’s Saturday Night at 9.15pm and this Nando’s store has turned us away as they won’t cook anymore chicken!

Asked for an avo smash absolutely no avo to be seen. Also food just plonked on no care at all. Food is below average and the lady serving me no hello to greet me.

Had a super disappointing experience once again tonight. I went especially in store to order as I have had issues/missing items from last few online delivery orders. While putting my order for tonight's dinner and speaking to them about my past orders (like burnt/inedible chips, missing drink, totally ignoring my notes and special instructions from my previous two orders) I paid thinking the lovely till operator will not charge me for the chips as the last ones were burnt amd I hadn't got a refund.only to find out, when I got home, not only was I charged for the chips but also my salad (which I had ordered and paid for) was missing from my order. I was on a phone call with a client so I just took the bag from the staff thinking they can't possibly go wrong this time since I just explained them about my issues with past orders.
It was frustrating because I cant call them (they dont have a phone line to contact them) nor was it worth going back for a side of salad. They do really have a seruous food quality amd staffing issues. Thats what u get when u hire a bunch of kids to run the show.once off mistake with the order is fine but not acceptable when there is something wrong with every order I place with them!
