Nando's

Couldn't order what I wanted due to some problem with the ovens. I suspect they turned it off as I walked in around 8pm.

Smelly, unhygienic. Everytime I've been there there are birds eating food outside that hasn't been cleared away and the insides have an off putting odour which makes you not want to eat there.

We ordered 5 chickens with extra BBQ sauce. Non of them with any extra sauce and we forgot to cook one extra chicken. Then we asked for plates for the chicken. There are no plates for us. Worst Nando’s ever.

I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed but the chicken in pita bread has reduced dramatically in size. Even if my family was the equivalent size of the ones in honey I shrunk the kids and we got the same size one to share, because we were smaller, we would be fighting each other for that stray lettuce in the bottom of the bag.

Nandos refusing to take cash. Surely this is not legal. Staff not bothered. Food not great either. Won't be back ever.

Yummy like always. I like being treated like I was by staff. Exceptional, for a first time customer there.

Ordered online, stood at the counter for 10 minutes without any acknowledgement. Got my order and food is cold. Very poor service.

Had Nando’s there today and was made perfectly. Fresh and tasty, the best Nando’s I’ve ever actually had and I have it often! Best store hands down.

Fogot my lettuce in a classic pitta, got all the way home and relised, you have one job come on

I don’t know why there are bad reviews. My experience was great today. I ordered an avo goodness and is was great. Fresh pita and salad stuff.
Order was ready on time and staff were quick to serve me at pick up counter.

One of our favourite places to get a feed after our Saturday evening meeting. Hoped to get more in a burger for the price you pay for them, but cost of living pushing everything up I guess

Most arrogant guys. Specifically the Chinese manager. He doesn't know how to deal with customers. Never ever going back to this place.

For the love of God never come here, every time I've ordered take out it's invariably a 20+ minute extra wait longer than what's projected. The place is never any more than 1/3 full lol.

The alfresco area needs some attention, pigeon droppings everywhere and not appealing at all. In general this place needs a facelift. Hit and miss with the service, most times service soo slow and peeps can't be bothered to do their job.

Bad customer service, young male, no smile, and behavior is so rude. Please do more training of your staff. Doesn't have manners to talk with customers. Very disappointing, I came here with so excitement but the man spoiled my mood.

One Peri peri chips with 1/2 chicken is enough for 2 of us. Tender chicken as always.

I agree with all of the other one star reviews. Service here was appalling and food took forever to come out, some items never came out at all. Tables sticky and dirty. Food quality not as good as other Nandos I’ve been to. Not sure who the franchisee is but I think they should give this place an overhaul and train their staff better.

Worst nandos in perth.this restaurant has the worst staff and the management is really bad. I don’t recommend this. Had the worst experience here.

Very poor service, waited over 40 minutes for a wrap while other customers who came after were served first.

Everything was great but the manager was extremely rude and short.food was delicious but the man taking my order was incredibly impatient and seemed annoyed
