Love this Myer! I always feel like I am being taken care of here. It's smaller than most but thats why I like it. Not too overwhelming. I like that it's condensed. It is never too busy either which is a blessing. My favourite Myer in Perth!

Purchased the vacuum including extended warranty which costs $99 (total 3years warranty) and its broken in one year and half. Went to myer and they said "its over one year.ask to myer warranty group". I rang the warranty group to solve this problem and they asked me to email them to attach the invoice. And i email them with scanned receipt (i normally scan all the receipt unless i get an electronic receipt).
As soon as i sent the invoice to them, they emailed me back ' please provide a clear copy off the invoice to see a model number'.
I explained them the paper receipt is already faded so i will attach the receipt from myer app which you can obviously see the model number and invoice number. Then never replied me back:)

1 year after you spent almost $1k for the vacuum + 3 yrs warranty, it became useless. Nobody takes the responsibility.
They shouldn't provided extended warranty service if they don't want to deal with it.

I like the Myer Morley store. It may not stock everything but you can always find something special for a friend or loved one. Their electronics area which used to bustle with activity has gradually been eroded as other players take over in the market place.

Have tried to phone lingerie department of Myer, Morley, WA five times at different intervals today. Was given number by city store who said ‘they never answer the phone’, so City store was not prepared to place call on my behalf. They’re right. Phone rings til call drops out. Why? Very disappointing.

One of the few stores still standing since I was a kid. Myer Morley is a big store with 3 Levels so has plenty of choice in main categories like Clothing, toys, accessories, Beauty, Electrical & more. Although I do like this store it badly needs a makeover with expanded and better displayed Electrical department would be nice too.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Trying to find a toy for a five year old, the young man behind the counter was spot on and very helpful. Very impressed.

This store (Galleria, Morley) is coming less popular as better stores such as the Myer in the Perth CBD or Westfield or other newer places open up.

Went here recently and there was a lot of empty shelves.

It's better to go to their newer stores instead.

The staff are lovely to deal with and the shop is so clean and tidy. Myer always used to be such a "flash expensive, out of my range" place. However, I've noticed now, they still have the same style and fashion but with great sales which make it affordable to purchase. Everything from clothes, to kitchen, toys to bags. They're definitely moving in the right direction, cutting prices but not cutting corners!

This MYER has trust issues so if U want to be followed around whilst shopping this is the Myer store for you, if your paranoid by nature DONT SHOP THERE, you'll skits out!

Only one shop assistant on duty at ladies shoes and at least 6 customers waiting to be served. This is poor service from a retailer competing against online shopping.

This shop is not as good as it used to be. Sometimes it seemed to be at Kmart instead. If you're lucky you can find very good deals for high quality items. Good if you need to buy some presents. Overall, staff is very friendly and happy to help you out

Very helpful staff, I ordered click and collect was so much easier. Even better everything was on special.

I have phoned this store on so many occasions, whether it be morning or afternoon different days of the week it just rings out and no one answers.
I have also been into the Morley branch and it is completely understaffed, it is as if certain departments have been deserted.
Definitely requires some attention.

Yesterday i was buy coat winter $ 199,99 with off 40 %, but i really dont like some one looking at me look like i am a thief, i think security Myer, something wrong with this treat iam really unhappy ️ I hope for the future please do be nice to customers.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Carly at AlphaH in the cosmetics/skincare department (Morley). So helpful and professional.

Service needs improving. The one lady who was trying to run the shoe section was struggling to help 6 customers. Management needs to address this and be accountable.

It hasn't changed honestly it's a great Department Store, but I feel what's missing is Staff members, I found it hard to find any one around you had to look for them. I wish that the true customer service was brought back friendly smile personal Assistant, I am in Retail and I offer my customers that. I was taught when I was 15 worked at Boans Karrinyup back then it was service we gave to the customers. Warm and welcoming environment not cold and no contact is what happens now days.

High class and friendly shopping area. The one I like best is the Gloria Jeans in the top floor. Privacy and great environment for a morning start new day.

Myers Morley is a great place to shop. I especially like the electrical department upstairs be side the main guy that has worked there for years is very helpful. Their range is not as big as what you might find at some pls as bit how can it be when the other places are so large. They have a great range of beard trimmers and shavers which come on handy if you have a beard.
