65Staff here always go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of. Service at the counter is friendly. Product range is great!
I couldn't buy anything because no staff on the cashier area.
I was waiting over 30mins, no one come an help me. This happened twice (today and last Tuesday)
Morley myer, children clothing around 9~10am, poor service, never ever go there
Do not trust anything this store has to offer. They are falsely advertising the price of their clothing. A jumper was hanging on a central rail of clearance items marked at 50%, and was clearly marked at half price with a price tag. When I took this to the counter this was key in and I was told it is only 30% off. I asked for the store manager, Deborah who was very unhelpful and refused to stand by the lable price that they were advertising the clothing at. Any reputable store would appologise and offer the item at the price they were tqgged at. I immediately walked out of the store and will never shop in Myer again.
A big shopping centre with a great variety to make it a pleasant outing for ladies and gents! The highlight for me was a real bookshop with a good variety! (Dymocks)
Myers didnt have a feedback area I could find so I'll just leave it here. Went into the small household appliances section today at Morley was buying a kettle and had a great customer experience with Dragan there who helped me to choose a Sunbeam kettle and was very courteous and helpful all through out and even manged to upsell me a LARQ drink bottle which was awesome!
I am a member of Myer for years. Most of time I ordered items on online for click and collect.
But the last time I ordered online for click and collect chosen Morley store and it said the item was in stock but it wasn't.
I have to wait for 9days to find out. There wasn't in stock but no massage anything from Myer to let me know!
I decided to drive to Morley store and find out.the staff said out of stock! What was I feel
Loved the staff here and the collection too.
Although a year later than India, there were few extravagant pieces in the store.
The staff here does their best to help out out as per the taste and collection they have, they will be very apt in informing if this store has a better collection or the store at different place.
Very friendly staff in the kitchenware department and I the item I had being looking everywhere for.

I ordered my click and collect online. Went to pick up my order, which was some Converse shoes. The size was way too big. I had to exchange for the correct size, the staff was amazing! Every staff I came across was super friendly, attentive and very helpful. Keep up the fabulous work and fantastic job guys and girls!
Never got served so poorly in my life by a chubby lady totally ignoring me when I was calling her for advice in the men’s clothing section I found she was so rude you should be discrased.
The click and collect in Morley is the worst I have seen. They are uncontactable, phone gp unanswered and some staff are extremely rude, slower than tortoise. The whe point of click and click to avoid the hustle of walking around the store when you know what you want. Carousel on other is much faster and efficient. The morley store avoid it at all costs.
We went at Myer today and Julia at the perfume section was just amazing! She helped us choose the right perfume for the wife and was lovely!
Very disappointed today at 1: 40 perfume side I ask only one question to a girl working there she was very rude to me. As regular customer will never shop at Morley Myer again.
Love their menswear section. Formal, casual or work attire. Can usually find something classic or contemporary. For my mind, I need to look elsewhere for shoes though.
Dated store which is much to large for what it sells.

I am just reviewing myer morley click and collect i placed order on Monday easter Monday and come thurs still nothing, I rung them and the morley store said they had to ship it from a differant store hence long wait, here's my bit other online orders with other stores tell you availability of item ordered therefore you can choose store which has it to save time, also other online stores give option of instant refund or choose other store, I don't agree with waiting a week for item yes I understand why but it does not make it right the whole point of click and collect is speed it should be only a days wait not a week, I will never use myer morley again for click and collect, big w is and e b games and office works is far better at click and collect process.also whole week i have had had know updates on order and tracking option does not work i have had to ring them everyday for updates.not happy!
Just picked up item asked for points to be put on because I missed points staff just look at me blankly and arrogantly said no

The customer service experience at the Chanel section was extremely poor.
Purchase was poorly gift wrapped and a gift receipt was not issued, definitely a substandard experience for a Brand which is meant to offer so much more.
Unfortunately I was not attended too and after 15 min I walked on.
I shopped online with Harris Scarfe. Very happy with my purchase.
