We booked an appointment at Ferrari formalwear in Myer Morley Galleria tonight for my dad who has dementia. The staff member Teresa was very unhelpful and was actually quite rude. She didn’t even measure him up properly and gave us a bunch of poorly fitting items and then left us without even checking on us in regards to sizing or fit. The store was not busy so this lack of customer service is really unacceptable. It was such an ordeal to even get him to the appointment and we left so disappointed. We didn’t end up getting a suit.

Looked everywhere for a milkshaker from breviile and managed to purchase one from myer wow will be getting used a lot many thanks

We went in the cosmetic section for some makeup, and we've been very well taken care of. The sell consultant from Chanel was the best of the best. She was so attentive, patient, and not pushy. When we didn't find one of the products we were looking for, she took us at one of her colleagues who was running a promotion. Best customer service. Congratulations!

An older white male security guard on ground floor women's section at approximately 12.50PM 13/09/23 inappropriately racially profiled a young Indigenous woman, who was a paying customer. We were running errands wearing comfortable sporting gear (that we've earnt and spent hundreds of dollars on, maybe looking a little "hoodlum" in the boomer gaze) Despite being together, the security guard tailed my Indigenous friend and left me alone- because I am white. Ruined our day and we'll never be shopping at Myer Galleria again. Its 2023 and this bias and racist behaviour is completely disgraceful.

I was so impressed with a young girl Emma at the Dior counter on Sunday her customer service was A one, this lovely girl was so helpful and went out of her way to make sure I was getting the products I wanted, I’m 64 and have used Lauder for 40 years, I went to only buy an eye brow pencil …. But we got talking and Emma started trying a few products on me, which I never normally do …. Emma explained each product she used on me, was full of knowledge of the products she sold me, it was really lovely to feel so special…. She made my day thank you beautiful girl for all your sincere help I very much appreciated it bless you. Pauline B

Morley Does not answer the telephone! The lack of service is really bad!
You need to have at least one active telephone Myer Morley as not everyone can always make it into the store to ask a simple question or make a booking for the counters.

It is my all time favourite shopping place.
I have met some really aly great staff at Myers. (Dragon) is very helpful and always goes over and beyond to make sure that me or all my friends are served and given the best customer service….

There are few managers who can be stern but never mind. I think her name starts with D. I found her to be little rude and arrogant.

On the other hand the Channel State Manager “ Sandra” was the best person who actually sat down with me and understood my concern for the perfume I purchased. Sandra checked the stick was old and happily replaced with the current batch.thank you for helping me.

There is a lady in the women's clothing named Maria she gave the best customer service ever. I took a young lady there to purchase clothes for a job interview she was going to. Maria smothered us with the best customer service. Defiinately will be a repeat customer. Regards Phil

I had to return my month old coffee machine for warranty faults, and I vented my annoyance at the policy of repair rather than replacement.
But at least salesperson Linh and manager Dave did their utmost to make the waiting period bearable, and follow up personally.

What happened to this place, 2 levels now, minimal range, the entire shopping centre has been neglected

We went into Myer to buy cooking pots we had this amazing friendly professional man Mr Linh serve us nothing was to much trouble and after we purchased our pots he even went and got a trolley he is truelly a asset to your company also they where 50% off and Australia made well done Myer's thank you Mr Linh for making our shopping a good experience

Myself and 3 other friends got kicked out of the store for no reason. We came in and were looking around the store like every other customer. We used the escalator to reach the lower floor and it was then I realised we were being followed by a security member. We weren't vandalising products, we weren't being loud, we weren't being disrespectful to staff. We simply kept walking around the store. It reached about 10 minutes of the security member following us, then she told us to leave the store. We kindly asked why, she didn't answer. We left the store the way we came in, respectfully. I felt extremely uncomfortable as the security member eyed us down as we looked for items to buy.

Good luck finding staff for assistance or sale on a Thursday night, I paced the floor for ages to find anyone

The security guard followed us around the store like we were going to going to steal something for the store, not going back to Myers in Morley again

Staff in women's shoes are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
Really good sales too, I bought some hush puppies and sketchers and they were very comfortable.

Could not leave a more positive review for Mathew in the make-up department if I tried. My partner frequently drags me into Myer against my own will, however, with Mathews guidance and knowledge of the products, it is but for a brief moment. The service given is also exceptional. We have never stood waiting for more than 2 minutes and it is often Mathews face we see walking over to assist us. Much appreciated mate, absolute champion!

The store was clean and neat and if you need any help the stuff are always there for you. So great customer service.

Tommy upstairs in the crockery section, working on the afternoon of 15/08 was wonderful. What an asset to your brand. Genuine, kind service.

The young lady at the Chanel counter was lovely, friendly and very helpful. People like her make shopping a pleasure.
