Mullaloo Beach Hotel reviews
88Excellent food and great service. Had lunch today afternoon and Kelly who took our orders and served was fantastic as well. Much recommended.
We went as a group from work for Christmas lunch at Mullaloo Beach hotel. The food was amazing, with massive servings! And the staff who served us were amazing too, especially Kelly, always with a smile and ready to help attitude! Overall, it was a good experience.
Sadly the chef, has lost his way again. The checkered history of the hotels restaurant has taken us from brilliant creative inspiring cooking, to the depths of food depravity.
We live in hope and optimism this restaurant again will be worthy of the name.
Rude waitress eventually comes to fling some menu's on the table without saying anything, waited 20 minutes even though if was very quiet but she didn't come to take our orders so we left and went elsewhere.
Always enjoy the fare here, although the portion served now has either shrunk or the plates have got bigger.
Further investigations needed.
Nice friendly atmosphere with very well trained professional staff, who are a credit to the venue.
Very nice great location food was lovelly we had large family table for nephews birthdays all food came out at sametime and hot. Staff very good love it here will definitely be back.
We were very disappointed with the food. My husband ordered a medium rare steak which came medium and was tough. Thank god for the steak knife. I ordered chorizo and prawn pasta. The pasta was undercooked and the chorizo was tasteless. So disappointed as this was an anniversary dinner. We have been here a few times in the past and the meals were amazing. The whole place has more of a ‘lunch time get together for a quick bit’ feel rather than a classy restaurant, which is how it was in the past. Even our table hadn’t been cleaned properly. The waitress asked how our meals were and we did tell her but that was as far as it went.
Had a lovely time with friends last night. Beautiful place & lovely ambiance of the restaurant. The service was really good by the nice waitresses who attended to us but I was very disappointed in my meal, I've had better elsewhere. I had the Steak sandwich, thought it could have been toasted at least!
Melbourne Cup lunch.
Terrible food, sent a meal back that was cold. Got a hot one back with a finger mark in my mash
Great service and love the food here. 5 stars and we will be going back very soon. Beautiful location.
Customer service was on point.
Went there for an important anniversary. Service was outstanding, food came so quickly and was delicious, desert outstanding. Totally amazed at speed of food delivery and standard.even better than the initial visit that we were celebrating?
Food was tasty however poor customer service. Our meals were forgotten until I approached staff at the kitchen to ask where they were - had not yet started cooking. No apologies and throughout our visit no staff came to check in if we wanted to order more drinks, if the food was good or if we wanted dessert. Disappointing experience.
Very Noisy. $52 bottle of wine.not up to Parr. Food was tasty. Service was good. Tables far too small for the size of plates served
Went to lunch today with friends. I have to say it was the worse meal I have ever had. Sent it back and waitress told me I could pick another meal and wouldn't be charged. But when I went to pay was charged half of it. I was not impressed. Needless to say I will not be back.
Fantastic coffee, good food, nice view. It is a very noisy venue, so a bit hard to have a conversation.
Food was delightful and such a great price. The food area was full which tells you people loved the tucker. Give it a go, you will love it.
I had a bad experience with the hotel room being too noisy at 4am but apart from that mullaloo beach hotel is still an amazing place and would recommend the food and bar.
The food was lovely, they catered for all food allergies and changes. The staff, especially Renata, were lovely and friendly and helpful.
Stayed here for a week in Perth. The view was good, I stayed on the top floor and watched a nice sunset, and could just make out the beach - most of it is car park but not too bad. There is little around, there's a couple of restaurants and a fish bar but most stop serving food at 6.30pm or 9pm. Cleanliness was a bit questionable in the room, there is a service every three days but I think it's a bin/towel change and then a sheet change on the 7th. There are options to grab a hoover from the resident room at the back of the hotel where you can get extra toiletries if needed.
I visited the bar on a Saturday night. It is a nice venue on the coast with some well-priced drinks. They have a DJ on Friday and Saturday nights. Good place for locals to enjoy a drink or good near the beach or to catch up with friends.
