Mounts Bay Waters Apartment Hotel

Not bad! We stayed only one night but these are comfy apartments that would suit a longer stay. Nothing overly fancy, but everything you need. We were greeted at reception by David, who was really helpful and friendly. Free parking was so handy, and we got the $1 breakfast deal which was brilliant. We had dinner at the restaurant too. I recommend the pizza and cheesy garlic bread! So good.

Convenient location to Kings Park and city, though air conditioning was a single split system for a 2 bedroom apartment. This meant bedrooms were hot as the stay was during summer. Also bed not very comfortable.
Facilities fairly basic.

Not all the facilities are available to guests. This includes the bigger swimming pool, tennis court and gym. Guests need to be made aware when booking in to avoid embarrassment and conflict within the complex.

Great location, spacious well appointed apartments.
Breakfast is awesome, everything you could want and only costs $1 more per person on your bill.
Staff were extremely helpful and parking was easy.
10 minute walk to Perth Arena.

Very central location. The apartment was very clean and with full amenities. The view of the Perth CBD from our balcony was lovely to see each day.

Terrible apartments. The only good thing about this place is the staff are super nice and will help you out. Owner needs to do some renovations and buy new towels for God's sake.

We left for two hours to do some shopping when we returned someone had stolen our designated parking spot which was right next to elevators! We have a 5 week old baby and need to have close access! We complained and was given a new parking spot miles away from elevator entry which made is walk through a packed carpark with a new baby in a pram!

An immaculate and gorgeous landed property that ticks all the boxes when it comes to location, cleanliness and comfort.

Highly recommend! Whenever I go to Perth from now on I will be staying there! Great location, price and service!

No parking for visitors, and the TV size is rodoculous given the size of the room but the size itself was a big plus and the layout is nice.

A well located and affordable apartment. Just a couple of issues. Why the steep steps up to reception? , they are not easy and almost dangerous to navigate with heavy bags. Some of the decor requires finishing such as correctly fitting the dishwasher and general areas of poor over painting. However all together a good visit.

Pictures on website don’t match reality. Points for convenient location (near convention centre, free transit zone, bus stop out front), comfortable beds but apartment is dated, in need of an upgrade. Carpet looks old, dishwasher has rusted racks, toilet taps are rusty, washing machine leaked and has rusted base. Outdoor dining area not usable as dusty and cobwebbed. Reasonable price. May consider staying here again. Good value for large families/multiple families. Just adjust your expectations.

Had 8 days at this property. Fabulous location. Free bus outside 2 stops to city centre. One stop to trains. As an older couple, this suited us nicely. Room was fully equipped & clean & bed comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Special shout out for Abraham who was very polite & informed. Just one comment is that there were no handrails to aid getting into & out of the shower which was over a high bath. We had to help each other. Recommend this property.

Excellent location. Stayed for an event at the convention center. Everything you needed in the apartments if you wanted to cook yourself. Clean, neat and tidy. Would stay again.

Very loud traffic noise from freeway, that didnt stop ever. Average and dated fittings in the room. Think alot better value to be had in perth city at other hotels similarly priced.

It's a good place to stay, been staying here for a few weeks now and staying a bit longer as it is ideal for our purposes.

I couldn't have stayed there by myself, but with a little assistance it was a great place to stay. I would highly recommend it to everybody.

Great location.almost everything is near to the hotel especially the parks and playgrounds for the kids. Very nice place to stay for long duration, the apartment is well equipped: you will find all the electronics you need such as dishwasher, clothes washing machine, dryer, microwave, water boiler, hair dryer. We stayed there for 1.5 months and we felt like we were home.

Great front desk service.generally clean. 20 mins walk to nearby places of interest.overall.reasonable accommodation.

Bad experience with Customer Service here. I was staying for a long period of time (1 month) because the office put this as temporary accommodation. I got room with lousy internet, and I asked to move to other room. The next morning without telling me the time I need to vacate the pushed me to pack because they said they booked the room for somebody else. Not gonna stay here again unless I have to.
