Mounts Bay Waters Apartment Hotel

This place has it all. I especially love the balcony so you can have fresh air. Parking included in the price is a bonus and I’m impressed with the layout of the room and has everything in the apartment to have that homely feel.
I’ll be back!

Stayed here as part of a package. Very clean and well maintained little bit from from town for us oldies, breakfast supplied, shame they don’t have a restaurant. My only whinge shower over the bath, the the service desk could have been a bit more helpful in pointing us in the right direction (Cole’s or Woolies)

Had a very late flight so checked in late. Incredibly poor service, would not let us into reception until we proved we had a reservation. Was quite rude the whole time.

Extraordinarily RUDE staff. That's when you can actually find anyone. People waiting at the front desk with no one there for over twenty minutes.
Accosted in the MOST confusing parking car park system and threatened with being towed. Absolutely discusting. DO NOT STAY HERE. Even as a air bnb guest the hotel. Is the entry point for the accommodation booked. Staff regardless of hotel or accommodation were rude unhelpful and treated myself and my husband like lower class citizens. Disgraceful.

The location was perfect and we were able to walk all around the city. When we did use the car the parking lot was hard to get in and out of but we could get anywhere pretty quickly. So location was perfect!

Staff were friendly enough, nothing too special though when it came to service.

The apartments are spacious with nice balconies. The apartment itself was very outdated. Needed new carpet and appliances.

The first day we walked in I was overpowered by the smell. It was like someone dumped a can of that smelly vacuum powder in there. Not pleasant. I had to air it out good to be able to sleep.

Everything just felt old and worn.

Decent for the money but nothing overly special.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Happy with the stay here with arrangement for car parking. Even send you reminder for your stay and response your query promptly.

Absolutely amazing Apartments I tried two different apartments on the same Floor, one being a one bedroom and the other being a family apartment. They looked absolutely amazing and very clean absolutely immaculate condition and very comfortable and cosy atmosphere the staff are amazing and very friendly always looking forward to helping everyone of their clients to the point you actually feel as though your part of the Nesuto Family I even had an issue with my locks on my suitcase and I dialled (9) on the bedside phone and the lovely individual on the other end was very quick to send up a lovely maintenance man to cut them for me. I also asked for a late check-out and they were very happy to accommodate me.

The best interests of their clients are always paramount importance and even small requests like may I have an extra milk so I didn't have to walk around looking for a convenient store at night. Safety 1st and I recommend this beautiful Business for a home away from home convenient location for all your hospital and business needs and absolutely loved my time with Nesuto apartments definitely a Beautiful Place to call home away from home.

Not to mention Jacobs ladder 100 m down the road which takes you up to king's Park and parliament house and 300 m from Elizabeth keys train station.and absolutely loved the fact I can wash my clothes all in my room. Tennis courts and pool I don't think I can mention anything else.except a lovely little restaurant on site and must I mention the absolute security of 24/7 front desk and underground parking. I thank you all for my stay and hope to be back again

I booked online for multiple nights here, but I had to leave due to other residents who were rudely obnoxious and noisy.

The reception staff here were super friendly and made check-in a breeze. They even told me about the freeze and heat meals that were available, and I did actually buy one of them. It was fantastic-just like home made, and I didn't have to leave the building for it.

The upside of the obnoxious others was that I was relocated to the adjoining Waldorf by the incredibly understanding staff at The Nesuto, which was fully booked. Maddy and his colleague were quick to address my concerns and went out of their way to see I had a quiet place to stay. Five stars to them for their service.

Worse service I do not recommend this place at all the reception person it’s the rudest person ever who ever is the boss of this place get rid off the reception person they are not doing a good job and they ruining your buisness

We were given a clean, quiet 2 bedroom apartment. The housekeeping service was excellent. Secured undercover parking. I cannot fault the place and hope to stay here again. Overseas guest.

Pros: Good value, good location, excellent breakfast, and the breakfast crew was super attentive and friendly.

Cons: Were given a room that was totally messy, uncleaned, rubbish and dirty dishes all over the place. They gave us a replacement room within minutes and adjusted the first night’s room rates. But it was still hard to erase that shocking sight from our minds. Have never ever encountered anything like this.

Hope they will be more careful in the future!

Quite clean. Lots of interesting art in the corridors and rooms. Need to close verandah door to keep out the road noise. For most it is walking distance to the Perth shopping malls and Elizabeth Quay. Day tripping on the trains is cheap. The CAT bus service for inner Perth is free.

Really disappointed with our stay here. At first the apartment seemed good as the balcony on the first floor is quite big; however the first day we were there, the people apartment above us VOMITED on our balcony and emptied their cigarette butts onto our balcony. From then it was non stop, cigarette butts, fast food wrappers, empty bottles, dirty socks, tomatoes, balls (we gave the balls back to them), toys, shoes. We let management know and they were “very sorry” and “would speak to them” but it did not stop. On the last day when I complained about the piles of rubbish that was now on our balcony they were just really annoyed, did not offer to send housekeeping to clean and told us that the apartment above had been an issue for a while. So they still gave us this apartment, knowing that we would have this issue? They did not offer to move us. We could not enjoy our stay being unable to use the balcony for the duration and left a week early. In addition, my 14 month old child pulled on the tv cabinet door, the tv cabinet fell forward and the entire tv fell on top of him. Management again did not seem to care that this happened, just concerned about the damage to the tv (which we agreed to pay for).
We had booked because we are getting our flooring sanded and refinished so I still need to work (working from home) and the free wifi was so incredibly slow to the point of being unusable. The number of times I had to redo work because the internet would just stop working in the middle of something, it would cut out in the middle of web meetings, sometimes more than once. Hot spotting from my phone was more reliable than the hotel wifi. In the evening we could not even stream YouTube in low quality because it was so bad. We brought our chrome cast to keep the kids entertained in the evening but could not use it because the wifi would just keep cutting out. Couldn’t use the tv and couldn’t go on the balcony. Overall I just really regret spending any time in this establishment and wish I’d gotten an air bnb instead.

Edit after response from hotel: paying $450 for a replacement TV is not the issue, the frustration is that the front desk did not seem concerned at all a baby could pull the tv cabinet and the tv on top of himself in the first place. Rental properties need to have items tethered if they can fall on top of children, hotels should have the same requirement. Housekeeping cleaned the vomit off balcony the first time, the final night housekeeping did not come to clean the balcony and my complaint was met with exasperation at the front desk.

Nice views, well situated, very pleasant staff, breakfast was excellent. Great amenities, well equipped rooms with everything you can need.

Very comfortable beds & pillows.

The breakfast restaurant is a great start to your day & has plenty of variety.

I am in the construction industry & have worked on many of the Nesuto apartments doing maintenance & repairs. I don’t normally mix business with pleasure but this time i felt comfortable doing so.

Prices are very reasonable here.

Though we did not stay specificly at the appartments managed by Nesuto we stayed within the same Mount's Bay appartments managed by another party. Long story short, 1st day in Perth with the family for a week I loose my wallet. Search extensively over a number of hours and days though in the end gave up all hope loosing faith in the good of people. Then a couple of days later I am at the pool with my 2 daughters and notice the reception for Nesuto. As such I enquired on a long shot and the burning thought within, that there is still good genuine honest people amongst us. YES I was right the good man behind the counter checked the contents of the wallet against me and I was reunited with my lost wallet with all its contents. Thank you who ever you are for handing my wallet in, I wish I had the opportunity to thank you in person, as I hope our paths will cross to enable my sincere thanks.

A perfect location for a short stay in Perth CBD. Very clean apartment and great check in service. Thanks to the front desk staff. Also very plesent and friendly wait staff at breakfast and the cleaners were quick and efficient. A big bonus is the secure parking and swimming pool.
One star removed as the room was very light at night with door seals non existant.

Very friendly. Clean. Restaurant provides a very nice breakfast. Close to city, bus outside. Close to the Mount hospital. Highly recommend.

We have just spent 3 days at Nesuto Mounts Bay Perth Apartment hotel for our 32nd Anniversary. Overall we had a wonderful stay and appreciated the location and service provided. The breakfast buffet in The Courtside Restaurant was impressive with a wide range of breakfast selections. The service provided was welcoming in the restaurant, particularly by Mary on Wednesday. She was exceptional in the way she made us feel at home and was not afraid to come into our space to check we were being looked after. Thank you Mary!
The name of this place means 'Nest' in Japanese and it felt like a nest away from home to relax in! The room we stayed in was just right and had everything we needed. It was close enough to the city, but still had the atmosphere of being somewhere completely different. We would consider staying here again in the future!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
I was greeted by Penny at my car in the carpark. She was fantastic! She brought out a trolley for out bags took us up to our room and even took our bags from the trolley into the room. She was more than helpful and polite. She was fantastic with my young son. Breakfast was more than we could ask for, from freshly made pancakes made in front of you to toasts bacon snags eggs cereal juices fruit fruit Salads and more. The room was great air con and fans fresh clean blankets and extra towels.
Even after my child threw his toy off the balcony the grounds keeper was most helpful to retrieve it.
I will 100% stay here again. All the staff were fantastic I commend your customer service thank you so much for making my stay so wonderful.

We'll be back (might try another room/apartment configuration next time). Close to eateries and the river front.
