Mounts Bay Waters Apartment Hotel reviews
63Lovely apartments ~ delicious complimentary breakfast ~ great access to city & freeways ~ will definately be staying here again.
Rooms are big service is excellent brekky till 1000 is great some rooms are old out dated but most are good free underground parking right in the middle of CBD
Stayed for a couple of nights for our anniversary, service was lovely and the room was perfect. Had great facilities and we really enjoyed our stay.
Stayed here twice, clean place and conveniently located in the city. However this is a COVID-19 quarantine place, one night I stayed here and we has people staying in isolation in the room next door. We only found out at checkout when the police called out the room number next to us.
Place is well-located and generally clean but now a bit aged and shabby. Can’t fault the staff for their service but place needs a refresh, even some simple repairs and replacements would enhance the place. Photos show some of the long-term damage and stains around the apartment.
Had to do Isolation here. Staff were wonderful in helping me out with contact free door deliveries etc.
Lovely, clean & tidy.
Bed was a bit uncomfortable for me, however my partner slept well & comfortable.
Awesome location.just a stroll over the road to watch the ducks, seems, and many other birds. These apartments are reasonably close to CBD and public transport
Staff were friendly and helpful. The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and clean. Love the balcony. Hot breakfast was plenty full and at reasonably priced. Close enough walk to the city, the river and King's Park. Parking was also included in our price.
Staff were always more than happy to help. Rooms were nice and clean. Kitchen had most of the utensils you would need to cook. Location is also pretty convenient for the CBD.
Have just stayed here for 2 weeks and everything has been fantastic! The English lady (Sharon I think) and David on reception have been so very helpful and nothing has been to much trouble! We really appreciate everything! Cheers from Apartment 409
Had a two bedroom apartment, was lovely and so clean, everything was spotless, following the covid 19 guidelines. Had a great buffet breakfast included in the price, members rates. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Only negative the bedrooms are hot, if you stay in the summer time.
Stayed here for just over a fortnight while my wife was having a baby.
Has everything you need in the apartments and a comfortable bed.
The highlight is the staff, who were consistently helpful and friendly.
THE best fully self contained 2 bedroom apartment to stay in Geraldton, with single car park all inside gated underground carpark so great if you have a vehicle though wouldn't suit 4x4 vehicles simply due to entry height and maneuvering in the Carpark but if towing uncertain if you could uncouple and store it during stay. Literally can park and wall EVERYWHERE city, transport, sporting venues, river cruises, whole city. Lovely hot and buffet breakfast daily if required and will bring it to your room which is extremely helpful for work and during COVID19 pandemic when you may not wish to eat with others in the dining room, sample toiletries, Fold out sofa, full bathroom, laundry with linens, bathroom & pool towels, in fridge water and milk on arrival, sink in vanity in toilet area is very helpful, clock bedside,
Suggestions: bedroom ligjts need to be much brighter e.g. LED's, needs more towel rails in bathroom please, needs scissors in kitchen, needs more power points especially at both ends of the sofa lounge and a few 4 socket power outlets so everyone has plenty of places to charge phones, tools, etc would be very helpful when travelling for work and leisure. Would stay again.
We recommend to anyone wanting to be close to cbd of Perth, close to the Mount Hospital as I had to go for operation my husband found it easy to visit me. The staff at the Nesuto Mounts Bay apartment were so helpful you can also have dine in or room service meals which came in very handy. We will definetly be returning visitors.
Work stay. Different levels of quality across buildings but the staff is what makes it. Late night arrival and a mistake in booking by third party. Neil was amazing and sorted the situation in the face of an overwrought and sleep deprived shift worker relocating from interstate. Great location in heart of city and close to Kings Park. Modern amenities. Parking is a little tight but available, which is great for a city stay.
Some rooms face the freeway and the balconies are very noisy. As I am staying here due to CV19 isolation requirements, fresh air and a bit of sunshine is desperately needed. As a none smoker it frustrates me that I can’t leave my windows open if anyone near me smokes, my whole apartment fills with smoke and it stinks. All hotels should be none smoking, including the balconies. Smokers can use patches for their stay. Rooms are showing their age, menu becomes boring very quickly. Nothing to write home about really except the friendly staff.
Excellent accommodation only regret is didn't check if had a separate shower, not shower over bath. Being picky. Food is great even with the Covid restrictions.
Clean, all the amenities you need. Centrally located. Perfect for a quick get - away.
They also take CV-19 very seriously and have common sense protocols in place.
Thanks for a good stay
Great location for this style of accomodation.
We stayed in a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment (one bathroom had a walk over bath to get in shower) and the other was a walk in without bath which is what we requested as the person I was travelling with has a physical and intellectual disability and it was a big struggle for him getting into the shower. Please note-The shower cubicle is very small, not suitable for someone with a disability.
Ample space in kitchen, lounge and balcony areas.
Car parking space was incredibly tight, the car park I was allocated was also difficult getting in and out of.
Cleaners were prompt with servicing room however on the day that we were checking out they walked in to service our apartment around 9am yet check out is at 10am.
We were both in the middle of getting dressed as they walked in. I reminded them that our checkout is 10am.
