Nice little café in South Perth. Food is absolutely delicious (I had the gnocchi and tried some smoked salmon) and the price definitely doesn't break the bank. Easy to make a booking and staff are extremely friendly and attentive. Would be nice to have the interior refurbished a little, but overall great place to go. Well done!:)

And the vegan options are? Perhaps one, and a big price increase for cruelty free milk. Nice setting.

Not my favourite breakfast place of late but it was ok. Sand in the spinach with the eggs Florentine, salmon was fishy and mostly the lower grade brown flesh, eggs were over cooked 'hollandaise sauce' was not the best and they had no 'equal' sugar (no diabetic option). They were very busy so I guess that's why but I left there wondering how they could be so busy honestly

It has been such a nice experience every time me and my partner come to mill point caffe. The food is always delicious and super fast. They are super friendly and are nice people to have a chat with. If you go definitely try the profiteroles, they are one of a kind. The cream is amazing. Also the bruschetta has such flavourful pesto and feta toppings. We always leave with a satisfied belly. The fact that it's in a bookstore is such a big plus too. I always stroll around the bookshop.

Quaint little shop. Has character. I did not buy anything as I was making a booking. However loved this little shop. It was a little warm so would be selective of what days/time i would visit.
The food i could see displayed looked appetising and inviting. Would recommend for children.

Pretty good little spot in a nice location. Surprisingly quiet given the proximity to Mill Point Road. All day breakfast options and some other more substantial options as well. Nice bookshop to browse through.friendly staff and looks to be dog friendly in the courtyard.

I have been coming to this delightful bookstore since I was 10 years old. I love their selection of books, and the food on offer in their cafe is delicious as well. Love the ambience in the courtyard out the back.

Awesome place for breakfast. So cozy to sit amongst the books enjoying a delicious hot drink. I got the poached eggs with cheese and chives and it was perfectly balanced flavours. Also a delightful range of sweet cakes and treats.

What a great Cafe and bookshop. It has a humble appearance from the outside but don't be deceived. The food and coffee is great and the books are very enticing. Book lovers. Be prepared to buy a book when you get here because they're hard to resist!

Beautiful space and great food. Has the perfect combo of health and splurge. Enjoy eating either inside or outside.
Park at the back or down near the park and walk in.

Nice coffee and breakfast, but needs to keep gas for the outside undercover patio heaters it was a cold morning and the heating would of made our time there more pleasant

Closes at 3pm, but we weren't told when we ordered food at 2.40pm, so we had to leave without finishing

My experience here has been hit and miss. Sometimes, they are great. Food is nice, service friendly. Other times, not so much. The service is rude, and food/coffee really average. There is not a predictable level of quality. Also, when the restaurant was empty last time there were some covid restrictions in place, they would not let me sit down to have a coffee - only if I ate food, would I be allowed to sit down. It was so ridiculous. There was no Government legislation around this, they just wanted to maximise profits and save their tables for people who also bought food. I only wanted to sit there for 30min. It was so weird/rude. I went down the road to Little Banksia who were very happy to let me sit and drink my coffee for half an hour. I do not always feel welcome here, I generally avoid the place. Sad.

Such a pretty place, decorated in an equally rustic and polished style. Food and coffees were excellent - soufflé pancakes all jiggly, the poached eggs perfectly cooked.

Look, it has good food and it’s really interesting to look through and buy the books, really good idea, great atmosphere, but, the food is just way too expensive, going here is an occasional treat.
