Really good experience here with friendly doctor and nurses as well as receptionist. I didn’t have to wait and was in and out quickly for my vaccination.

Super friendly staff went there for my vaccine thankyou for making me feel comfortable and easing my anxiety.

Dr Anderton is Fantastic. She is Considered, Thorough, Compassionate, Caring and a very calming persona. A true Professional. It is always a Positive experience being looked after by her. ️

I went in today for my 2nd Astra Covid injection. Everything is so streamlined, the nurse and Dr are in the same room so the Dr gave me thorough instructions about what to look for as far as side effects while the nurse checks temperature and prepares injection. Five minutes all done. They've got a separate waiting area to sit for 15 minutes and once you've been checked you're free to go. It costs nothing and the staff are wonderful. Even though reception staff was particularly busy, they were still cheerful and made you feel welcomed.

I have been a patient of Merriwa Medical for over 7 years. Have always been attended with courtesy and professionalism. I have been heard and offered the best course of action. Special thanks to Dr Al Ani who has helped me and treated me while going through a very difficult time.

The most caring and beautiful staff, worth a long drive to see. Doctor Caroline Anderson is beyond helpful and I would highly recommend seeing her! Thank you to all of the beautiful nurses too!

Great doctors and staff that actually care about patients. Our doctor explains everything really well. Went for 1st Pfizer vaccine today and couldn’t fault the nurse that gave. Lovely staff all round

Went here for my second Covid vaccine. A lot quicker and easier than the government clinic in Joondalup, where I had my first! Very efficient practice.

Terrible service, went in there with a knee the size of a balloon (broken knee cap and torn tendons) and they wouldn't even prescribe pain killers after waiting there for ages and after getting diagnosed with "bruised bone" I went to ocean keys family practice that day and they gave me a script for pain killers just from looking at it and sent me for scans straight away

Have been going here for about 9 years, and they just keep getting better.

New doctors are very efficient and they do listen.

The surgery now is different, open Saturdays with a female GP and appointments available most days same day appointment.
It is a great local practice with good staff.

Booked in at 10am 5th December 2018 for my 9 month old baby it is now 10.34am and still couple of people in front of us its is so stupid why do yous even have appointments for

Very friendly medical center. I changed to this centre as it was much closer then the one I used to attend. Dr P. Pratel is an excellent practitioner with insight into peoples mindsets. His approach toward medacine is holistic and takes into consideration your feelings and state of mind. Cannot recommend this centre more. Staff are very friendly to.)

Good medical centre but been good you need an appointment and don't look under a week unless you get lucky.

To be blunt the doctors and staff are excellent and need a bigger facility.
