Mercure Perth reviews
70The room was comfortable with plenty of space. The breakfast is also very good with a varying selection each day. They need more staff available at the front desk as I had to queue to check in and check out.
Loved our stay. Staff lovely. Best scrambled eggs. Just a little hold up to get the car parked but was great.
Attended a work function. Interior of hotel felt a bit tired and outdated. Service was good however and felt very welcome during our function.
Nice unfortunately it's not located at the town centre. If you want to do some shopping have to walk quite a bit
All staff very good, especially in the restaurant. Very kind and upgraded us as we were staying five days, and According members. Happy hour in the bar, cafe and dining room, free daily papers, urn of cold lemon water in the foyer, coffee machine in the room. What more could one want?
Very efficient venue for events, conferences and functions. Staff were very attentive and friendly, always happy to assist.
Rooms are very enjoyable and clean. Reception staff were great!
Bar across from the check-in counter is a great place to wind down after a big day! Staff have great banter and work fast. All points deserved the whole five stars!
Old, musty and dull. Hotel cant help its age.
The staff are really friendly and the room was large. The bathroom was tired.
The location is great and the price is too. However, don't plan to walk into the CBD for dinner, nothing was open. Get a taxi or walk to Northridge.
This is great for a short stay. Or if you're here as a base and out all day.
Friendly staff, large room, good central location. House wines in the lobby bar a it average. Overall good place to stay
I stayed here for 2 nights. My room was fairly spacious and clean. The staff were nice. My only complaint was that the bar wasn't open at any time while I was at the hotel. It would have been great to get home from work and be able to have a drink. On Friday and Saturday nights when they advertise as being open until late I was suprised they were closed by 10pm. Given the location of the hotel there wasn't much open around it and with miserable weather it would have been great for our group to have had somewhere to have a drink and a bite to eat.
