Indifferent sales, service and maintenance staff. Unable to complete basic work to bare minimum specs, let alone to a standard of quality that would convince return customers. Moving to another servicing provider.

Review of Servicing: I have been going to Melville Mistubishi for several years for the warranty servicing of my used car purchased from another AHG dealer. The staff of the servicing department are all friendly and easy to deal with. They have always been upfront about the costs of any work ahead of time and always call to discuss any additional issues and they discover and explain clearly if the additional work is critical or not as well as any additional costs. While this is basic stuff, it unfortunately can't be assumed a business will always be so forthcoming/approachable/transparent, especially with vehicle servicing. Overall my experience has been consistently positive. UPDATE: it's been 3 years since I wrote this review and it's all still true.

Called in because I'll be in the market to buy a car in the next couple of years. Tavyn (sp?) was happy to spend the time talking through my needs/wants and making suggestions on what might suit me, regardless of what he had in stock or what brand. Very helpful thank you! Will definitely come back when I'm ready to buy.

Bought my MR triton here for a service and to check on the rear parking sensors under warranty that were throwing UMS service errors and constantly beeping. I was told by the rep that they checked all sensors and nothing was wrong and that I needed to go back to the piak installer as it’s a fitment issue and they refused to place new sensors in to try diagnose the problem. I have since put in genuine sensors from another triton I got from a used rear bar and it has fixed the error. Would have been great if your service department could do a bit more diagnosing and forcing an obvious issue back on the customer

I bought my car there last October as they were the only branch who had a stock. The salesman knew that I was coming but didn't entertained me until my husband arrived. I just let it go because the car will be under my husband's name anyway as I don't have the Aus driver's license yet. But here comes the delivery, if I didn't notice that the mud flaps are missing, we will not be informed. We were assured that it will be installed on the first service which was 2 months after but still no mud flaps. We were promised and they've convinced us to have the service there to have a better "relationship" but I don't want to go back nor recommend buying there. I got stressed when calling their service the line was hold right away for several times without asking whom I wanted to talk with.

EDIT: The Service Manager (Jason) called after this review to offer to address the issue and apologised for the poor service from the service staff. Changed rating from 1 to 3 stars accordingly

Horrendous service. Has gone downhill so much during the 10 years I've been taking my Mitsubishis and $10K+ I've spent in their service dept.

The old crews (Rick and Brett) are long gone and have been replaced by robot service staff who only parrot lines from "workshop foremen" when service goes pear shape.

Faulty parking sensors on new Pajero sport + After market bullbar = "Workshop foreman says go to the bullbar guys we can't help". Without testing the offending sensors, which have worked for over 12 months before failing on a recent road trip.

As I say, if I only went to Mitsubishi service once, and was handballed and stuffed around, then that would be ok. But I've spent over $10K on 2 cars in this service dept loyally, going back for 10 years. However this was the last time ever to a Mitsubishi service dept, and probably the last Mitsubishi vehicle I buy

For all the technology they fruit onto their cars, all the robots in their service team are good for is oil changes and mechanical work at double the price of independent mechanics

Had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle here this week and dealt with Rob.
To be honest it was the most seamless, easy and enjoyable experience is an understatement. Rob was knowledgeable, friendly and his communication throughout the entire process was awesome.

Would give no stars if possible. Waited 9 hours for a service. Dropped off at the local shops and forgotten. Multiple requests to get picked up but the Uber service provided kept cancelling. Such lack of respect and consideration for customers. Disappointing.

Rob had done an excellent job, always keep me updated until the key handover. Good job mate! Will probably be one of the top choices if going to purchase another vehicle. Highly recommended.

Had an awesome experience. I have been burned by car salesman before, so I am extra careful.went to look at one car in their lot and walked out with a better one. Cannot recommend Rob Vojkovic enough, not pushy, very knowledgeable, even gave us advice with a problem we had with a previous dealer. I would definitely go back for my next car.process was hassle free. Rob is the man to look for.

Just went there to browse any used 4x4s, but was pestered by the salesmen, and I was told that if I just wanted to browse I should have come when it is closed. I would definitely not buy a car from this dealership.

Worst customer service ever. I went in for a minor service that should only take at max an hour and was waiting for atleast 2 hours. Got serviced by a very rude guy at front desk and then proceeded to wait for 2 hours without any updates or even information as to why it’s taking so long. Very unprofessional

Dylan and the team are fantastic. The service was personable and flexible to the constraints I had on my time, considering that we were sorting out the final details of finance and sale in the week of the lockdown and I was busy at the Perth Hills fire. Recommend you check them out first when looking at a Mitsubishi.
