52I went to Mecca with my Mum to by good quality serums and Gina took us through several brands she was very helpful and knowledgeable about ingredients, effects and application. We were provided with samples (as the serums were expensive) to use and test before purchase we will definitely be back and ask for Gina.
This was a while ago bit I still remember the sales assistants name. Fiona was amazing, I'm pretty useless with makeup and skincare so it was awesome to have someone take their time and be patient showing me the products. Since using the skincare especially I have noticed a HUGE improvement in my skin. So thank you:)
There is a hygiene issue here.products are open all over the store. Not inclusive of the testers.

I bought the best product any girl can need to get ready in 5 minutes. I recommend you to get yours.
The makeup here is high end, which is why the prices are a bit steep, but they have a range for everyone and plenty of cruelty free and vegan makeup.the staff is super helpful and i found what i needed with ease.definity a shop i could spend all day in!
About 4-5 employees were talking to each other and none came over to help for the time I was there. The previous Sunday was the same, were it took an employee 30 minutes to come over and help, whilst about 3-4 others were talking to each other
There's a lot of products and variety (a little on the pricer side but your getting quality here). Don't be afraid to ask the girls where to start browsing if you're lost.
The girl who served me was incredibly kind and easy to talk to. The staff here are quick to offer help as well.

ARKIE was incredible, so lovely to chat with and helped me with everything I needed, every question I had she had an answer for me! I actually want to go back just to buy more stuff and talk to her, great environment.

So I was devestated to find my foundation discontinued! But what annoyed me was that when I asked staff to recommend something similar they didn't help me And then said "go online" seriously! Retail stores complain they lose enough money cause of online shopping then you have your sales staff telling customers to go online! Not cool. I will go somewhere else.
