Mecca Maxima Joondalup

Really poor customer service, very confrontation staff for no apparent reason. Also was not given my beauty loop box despite showing an email with a redeem link.

I went in search of a good skin brightening cream and new liquid foundation. I had a staff member come and help me with choosing the best foundation for my skin type. Was very attentive and took time to test products on my face. I wish I knew her name! She was such a great help. Thank you so much for all your help.

Unfortunately its not possible for me to rate this place a 0. So if you are seeing this Mecca Joondalup employees, I hope to let you know that you aren't even worth the 1 star I give you in order to write this review. Customer service at this store is absolutely disgusting, especially considering how much money people come in to spend here, you would expect at least to be greeted. I came into purchase several items that I was out of, and during the half an hour I spent in the store, I received 0 help, acknowledgment or even a simple greeting. Instead, there were several of the employees just standing around chatting, not acknowledging any of the customers. If this was a one off time, I wouldn't of bothered to write a review. However this has happened on multiple occasions, and seems to exclusively happen at this Mecca. I've come into this store several times before, and employees here have just stuck their nose up at customers, looking aggravated that people have dared to even enter the store, and god forbid disturb their conversation about what they are doing on the weekend. As a customer it doesn't create a pleasant shopping experience, would much rather spend my money else where. Needless to say I will be bringing my business else where, because I have never been so disgusted by a stores customer service. Can't wait for Sephora!

I did ask a young girl where the makeup I was looking for and she pointed it's over she said. I walked over and looked a bit lost so a mature lady name Diana helpped me find what I was looking for whi h was a relief and also helpped me pick a new colour foundation as well. She was very helpful. I did speak to the manager about it as this is the second time I've been in there and I found them not very helpful the first time around. I will be back and I will be asking for Diana.

My friend and I entered the Joondalup store yesterday 3/8/2021 and we were greeted by Diane, what an expert in her knowledge of products, hence I walked out with so much knowledge of products and of course @perricone MD cold Plasma plus+eye advanced eye creme, plus a couple of samples, Diane I will be back for the Perricone face firming serum 1 and 2 I will call before I return just to make sure you are there, I know Karrinyup is closer but, the day before the new centre was opened i asked a young lady for eye creams and she said over there no interest at all, so my favourite store Joondalup and Diane, and I did sign up. Thank you

I was helped by diane and she really took care of me and my cousin. I like how she took the time and effort to make sure that we were satisfied with the products that we chose. Excellent customer service, thanks once again diane.

I was served by the lovely Shannon and I couldn’t recommend this store more highly because of the very high level of customer service she gave and her wealth of knowledge. I rarely ask for help in shops as my past experiences have been that the sales assistants don’t care if you buy from them or not and as such they are not very helpful. My perspective has changed thanks to Shannon! Highly recommend!

Yesterday I was lucky enough to be served by the lovely Dianna. Thank you so much for taking the time to talk with me, find the products that suited me best and giving me some great tips at the same time. Dianna you made me feel so relaxed and at ease. Went to store to buy some skin care. This lovely lady called Dianne helped me out. She was the first Mecca employee that I had encountered that had a lot of knowledge and experience in skin care. Very happy with my purchase today. I would go back to the Joondalup store to buy more skin care in the future.

I love going in to Mecca, and today was no exception. Fantastic service from Gloria, she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I walked in for one item and walked out with an entirely new regime, and am already in love with the products. Thank you so much Gloria! Amazing as usual!

A huge thanks to Diana, from Joondalup for sharing her skin care with me, supplying two samples of Dr D serum and creme. I have now purchased one of each. Very pleased with the product and the reaction it has in my skin!

I was relieved and more comfortable to be served by a mature & knowledgeable sales assistant while choosing age appropriate products for my skin.
I often feel intimidated with younger sales staff.

Absolutely love Mecca Joondalup, the staff are very friendly and a huge thankyou to Ree she took the time to really help me with my skincare and make-up products, really listened to my concerns and I felt so comfortable and happy with her expertise. Ree was very kind, professional and helpful. Can't thank her enough. Highly recommend her but no doubt all the staff are great. Also I really like the idea that you can try before you buy and also return a product if within 90 days if you're not happy with it even if it's been opened. Will definitely be back

Waited for over 20min to be served. Wasn’t even greeted or acknowledged by the staff. Not the first time I’ve visited this store that this has happened.

I love this store. The staff are always friendly and offer great advice not to mention they assist me quickly. Sometimes it’s a bit hot there though.

Staff are friendly & SO knowledgeable about products and what's best for age/issues/needs. Love that you can try before you buy! Great experience shopping here.
