Massive shout out to Paris who made the whole experience another level. Not only did she manage to find the perfect product that suited my skin, she also made the experience soooo enjoyable. I really admire someone who is genuine and true. Eventhough Mandurah is my local store, I will only go Cannington from now on just for Paris and her superb customer skills and knowledge on the products. THANK YOU PARIS! YOU ARE A GEM <3

I travelled over an hour to purchase something I had seen online. When I got there I asked her if they had it in stock. When she said no, I told her how far I'd travelled. She then said she did have them in stock and brought out a huge container full! Due to the language barrier I couldn't understand why she hadn't just said yes in the first place. I'm glad I divulged my travel story otherwise I would have left empty handed! So confused.

I want to thank Kadija for the amazing customer service experience I had in store. She was very knowledgeable and helpful when I asked for advice.

Always such attentive service, lovely girls! Always nice going in there. Never feel judged for asking a silly question (not knowing a lot about makeup) or going in there without makeup on in my work clothes! Great store:)

I never leave reviews but felt compelled to after my amazing experience at Carousel! I was assisted by Nor and she was so patient and kind the entire time I was with her. I felt that she really cared about me and the products I was buying. Will definitely be back!:)

Been to Mecca since 2018 but this time felt compelled to leave a review after my amazing experience with Sales assistant BETHANY who was kind, so patient the entire time and more knowledgeable. Will definitely go back just for that girl's advice and care while picking the correct products according to my concern.

They send emails to you saying to hurry to collect your free box after spending thousands of dollars with them.
Drive out of way to go shop spend more so I can claim my free bOx to be told at desk they have none
No care by staff very dismissive no offer to put one aside of it came in.
Shame that counter staff are letting the good service of the staff that helped my choose more products
I walked out and left products behind as they made me feel very unvalued as a customer

Sales assistants were so friendly, especially a person named Apoorva, she helped me a lot. I am someone who doesn't know much about makeup but she taught me the basics and explained to me the difference between liquid and powdered contour. She was so sweet and patient. Honestly so grateful for her and will continue to buy makeup from this store. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Love coming here. The store has a very large selection of products and staff are great. This store does often get very crowded and busy and the line to pay can get quite long. If you're in a rush I'd recommend a Mecca Cosmetica in another location so you can be in and out. Maxima has way more brands and products then Cosmetica so I'm usually just happy to wait.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

We booked and went for makeup session on 24 Feb. The lady who did our make up was very good. BUT this store needs to improve how they treat their customers. We finished the make up lesson and the lady put all the make products in a basket we wanted to buy. Carrying the basket, we went to YSL side of make up which is near to the exit of the store. These few sales ladies were coming and pretending to ask whether we need help but they were checking out whether we are going to run away with the products. They did this few times, we were able to sense this so I asked one of the lady to keep the basket in the cashier counter and we took another basket to buy other products. Then also they were following behind us.
Funny part is they come and sit in the opposite make up section and they pretend to check products actually they are checking on us. Customers are not fool not to be aware of their surroundings.
I can understand this shopping mall is in a low socio-economic area but this is Perth largest shopping centre. We live in western suburb so it was very uneasy and uncomfortable feeling shopping at this store. We bought products for more than $1000. If they not sure of their customers, then they must put someone at the entrance and check the receipt and things like Target and Kmart rather than suspecting everyone who enters the store.
I think the shopping centre management must implement some procedures to the store so that customers feel good when they leave.

Someone was having an allergic reaction whilst I was there and it was amazing to see all the staff act immediately and get her the help she needed. Great staff and great range.

Got amazing service, even through the busy Christmas time. They have some great products, a little pricey but they are branded so to be expected.

Such excellent service, the attendant who helped me went above and beyond to find the right product I was looking for (colour, style & how I felt about it), and I ended up leaving with exactly what I came for <3

Hey guys, (ignore the rating, i just had a query), so yesterday i was in your store and i purchased one of the soap and glory sugar scrubs, this was a present for my mum’s birthday so it was all wrapped up and i hadn’t opened it since i left you’re store, my mum just opened it then to find it half used. (just to add, i didn’t open it in store either, only just now by my mum) there was no “tester” sticker on it or anything which is why i find it quite odd.i guessing people have just been using random ones instead of the labelled tester.i was just wondering how i go about resolving this? Thanks so much, i know this isn’t you’re fault x

I went in the other week to find a new foundation and had a lovely girl named karlee/Carly (Can't remember the spelling sorry!) Spending a considerable amount of time finding the perfect colour and formula for both myself and my mate. She made sure we were turely happy with our picks even circling back after I'd already tried a bunch when I liked the look of one my friend tried. This foundation I think may be my new favorite, makes my skin look flawless and she was such a lovely person to have help us! MECCA is lucky to have her work for them!
