Mecca Maxima Carousel

Gave me free samples of skincare and make-up and free skincare advice as I had been having problems knowing which face wash to use and breaking out badly. Good place to buy anything make-up and skincare related. Very helpful and friendly service.

I had the best experience today at Mecca! A lovely woman helped me pick out a foundation & setting spray. She was very well informed about makeup, undertones and shade matching (all things I’m terrible at). She was so helpful & I commend her on her talent & kindness. I didn’t catch her name, but she had a darker skin tone, gorgeous brown eyes & hair!

I cannot recommend the staff at Mecca Carousel high enough, from start to finish they went above and beyond in their customer service to accommodate such a large booking for my wedding during this current time in Covid. I know they opened up an additional slot per hourly booking to cater to every bridesmaid of mine much to the refutation of the computing system. Organising a booking with this store had been a dream with absolutely no stresses in liaising anything; Maddy whom delivered the Glam Make-Over that I had not even booked a trial run for, knocked it out of the park! Her expertise and customer service was impeccable, thank you so very much you Goddess!

I came here with my mum on a shopping day. I really wanted some good makeup products that suits my skin and face best. I had no idea what i was looking for, then i came across miguel (sorry not sure how to spell it). He was absolutely amazing! Showed me everything whilst he was applying all different products to find the best one. I’m so please with the makeup i got today and couldn’t of done it without him. Thank you so much, you really helped a lot x

Rated this place only 3 stars because I had a booking for 11 am and the girl booked to do my make-up didn't come back from her break until 11.25am. Paid for 90 minutes. Makeup was nice but was rushed and I was panicking towards the end as I needed to get out to get my hair done. She was going to stop at 12 too only I told her it was a glam appointment. The young girl who helped clean my face and prep was nice. Wouldn't go back

Lots of money has been spent to make this museum look trendy. Despite this, there are plenty of exhibits on show to please most people.

I have just discovered this store & love it. I was served by a lovely young lady, Sarah who was so helpful. She got the product I went in for & suggested a couple of others she thought would be good for me & sent me home with samples of both. All the staff were so friendly.

I have visited this store twice in the last 4 months as I live in the country. Both times I felt extremely welcomed into the store and was helped by friendly, knowledgeable staff members. They gave me many suggestions for new skin care to try, let me test them out and offered samples to take home too; nothing seemed to much trouble. I can order online, but each time I come to Perth I will make an effort to return to this store purely for the customer service.

I had the BEST experience with the most helpful gorgeous girl (Bethany) who was so knowledgeable and gave me everything I needed on my visit. Her colour matching and application when I was trying foundation and how she did my brows was flawless! I am just getting back into wearing makeup and this shopping trip was such a pleasure. Thank you so much Bethany and Mecca I will be back again soon!:)

The staff here are always so sweet! Even when they're busy I find they're always attentive. Good bargains of you search through everything and really clean. Love this shop!

Had the best experience at Mecca with one of the girls - Krystel (I’m unsure of how to spell her name). She was so patient and knows her stuff! Helped me and explained everything to me very passionately! Needed her help after one of the Mecca girls left me on my own (even though I said I needed help with my makeup…) Krystel pulled through and gave my eyes the most stunning makeover! Gave me lots of tips too! Hope to get her help again next time

I came in to have a look at the new Charlotte Tilbury foundation at Mecca and was served by a lovely girl named Sarah K! She educated me on makeup and skincare and tested out 5 different shades of the airbrush foundation by ct until we found a shade I was happy with. She amazed me with her product knowledge and was very kind enough to give me a few samples of products she recommended me and I can’t wait to try them!
