Come here to get a foundation for my daughter the server door person was so rude firstly I had to ask them for help and that in itself seemed an inconvenience because they were seemingly deep in gossip, I didn't get their name but the arrogance because I didn't want to spend $90 on a my 12year old daughters foundation was insane.maybe the staff need to check their ego when they get to work but last time I checked a makeup counter is still retail no matter what store your at, I'll never come her again because of this 1 person.your staff need tho get a grip and realise it's carousel not Kylie Jenner makeup artists house

Mecca Carousel has always had great customer service (comparing to their competitors). People greet you at the door and they are more than happy to help you with any make up tips. I was going to get my girlfriend a present but I couldn’t choose, I had a staff assist me and she really understood what I wanted and gave great recommendations. Thank you to Sofia and the staff at Mecca.

We visited Mecca Carousel in Thursday evening. One staff showed expression of disregard (possibly coz my friend’s English is not good) and oops that was captured by me. I don’t know her name but blonde hair.

I feel like this is the only store I go into where all the staff are smiling, friendly, want to help etc it feels like a real sisterhood haha you get treated with respect, they listen to you, and build you up, honestly getting compliments from other girls who are all stunning really does make you feel amazing. I kinda want to work here just to be a part of such an amazing team. Good job team Mecca, you are all amazing and stunning xo

I brought my daughter in this morning to get her some stuff for Christmas. Thank you so much! Your staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and had a great range of products. I can’t thank you enough I had a very happy and very spoilt 13 year old!

Love the energy of one of your staff member by the cashier counter. Greeted me so cheerfully and politely when i came to collect and click and collect shiseido foundation.:)

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had today. I went into the store at Carousel in WA today wanting to buy a few things, one of the ladies came to me and said that they have hair experts from GHD launching their new hair tool and if I would like to be in the workshop, I happily agreed. During the workshop and even post not even once did the person running the workshop (can’t remember the name) and his assistant (Hayley) came to me. He and his helper went around to all the other ladies but not me. Just makes me feel because I was the only Asian person in that group. I felt like a fool sitting there! This is discrimination and I will never invest my money in people with such racist mentality. Horrible experience!

Was dressed nicely and didn’t get any help, I then come here dressed casually and I’m followed and asked if I need help in every section….
If you want customer service just dress in casual clothes

Went there today to buy some products, some of the staff look so unhappy! Jeez not that hard to smile at your customers. Some staff are clearly untrained in some product knowledge, couldn’t even get an answer from a question that I asked

I'm in love with this store. The staff are so nice and so good at Thier job they can get you the perfect colour of anything just by looking at you.
I needed a foundation so I asked and a male MUA, he got one off the shelf and tried it on me and it was a perfect match.
They will help you with anything or leave you be, however you prefer to shop.
This place has everything when it comes to make up too, and it's very high quality products.
And they always wrap you purchases in a beautiful wrapping paper and bag it for you.
This place is truly an experience everyone can enjoy.

The store layout is well thought out too, easy to find what your looking for and there a tester everywhere too.

Very very friendly and welcoming staff. They are willing to help people of all genders and there is zero judgement here. Even though they were very busy, the lady who helped me went over and above to find the exact right shade match for my skin. 10/10

I just had my makeup done by Noor for a special Birthday. Noor was so lovely and welcoming from the moment I got there. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she nailed it! The make up was absolutely amazing and she was so fast and knowledgeable. Best experience!

I have not been looked after at this store, despite so many people leaving positive reviews. The staff are not welcoming and I just was on my own, no one came up and asked me if I needed help. Also, when paying at the counter I almost overpaid for items, due to the miscalculation by the staff member. Great shop, but lacking service.

First visit to Mecca and was so happy I finally made the leap from a competitor. Sarah was absolutely amazing with her product knowledge. She took the time to ensure I was properly colour matched, happy with my choices prior to purchasing and answered all questions I had. Really impressed with the customer service and professionalism Sarah displayed today. I will definitely be a repeat customer because of her.

I just wanna say a huge shoutout to Paris at your Carousel store for giving my friend and I amazing recommendations from foundation to skincare! She worked above and beyond to make sure we were getting the full experience and even gave us testers to try out before we fully committed. I’ve never had such amazing customer service before - Will definitely be coming back to purchase more! X
