Rang to find out if they had something in stock. Got through to the office and the lady was so nice she rang Coventry village to find out if they had it in stock and rang me back to let me know. Excellent customer service.

My child of 6 years is deeply suffering from brain cancer, I am having suicidal thoughts and my wife is soon going to leave me for another man much more masculine than me. I currently work at McDonald’s 9-5 and I hate life, that was, until one day I was in my local area when I stumbled upon my saviour, my guiding light in this cruel, cruel world, MCQ supermarket Coventry, WOW, my life has never been better since that day, my daughter no longer has brain cancer, and I have upgraded to CEO of trades at McDonald’s. All this can be said due to the help on one valiant checkout worker, Jing wang. Thankyou, so, so much for helping me through this rough time

Purchased bag of potatoes on Friday, opened last night (Sunday) and they stank. Multiple rotten potatoes inside, and with rotten juice at bottom of bag. I just take them back now and manager did not want to give $3.49 refund even though they are the only ones selling this brand, and they know me as i shop here twice a week. The manager then suggested i left the potatoes in a hot place near the oven. I had to push for a refund and take photos which i will now send to Health Dept. Terrible customer service, i'm disappointed after this experience as i've come here for many years. To burn a customer over a couple dollars demonstrates the disdain toward customers. Even the staff working the floor told me they have had many bags rotten. Manager seemed only concerned in my informing her which was the staff member that told me this.

Jackson Wang provided very good customer service and gave me 10 percent discount and a free bag. He is one of the best and he is my favourite

Great supermarket with a wide range of local and imported groceries; specialty in Asian, and fairly good south Asian product range. I found that Rice, Noodles, canned vegetables and fruits are priced very reasonably
They stocking fresh local produce with very fair price tags.
Can get very busy at times however checkout staff working very hard at all times to clear the checkout queues.

Great place for fruit and veg shopping. The fruit & veg are very fresh and priced cheaper than Coles or Woolworth.

Very Easy parking. Developed to be more versatile Asian supermarket with Western products. Wide selection of Asian products either frozen or fresh. Vegetables and fruits are fresh, better quality in Coventry Village. Not cheap. Now, even selling fresh meat, but not very attractive.
Be careful, sometimes overcharge. Check the bill immediately.

Weekly visit for grocery shopping. Probably the timings make huge difference. I always get at closing hours and miss lots of items. They probably must have run out or restocking.

A great place for all your packaged Asian food needs with fresh meat and vegetables. Great sambal options.

I love the fresh produce and variety at MCQ, and the friendly cashier who serves me every week. I have been shopping at MCQ Morley for years, since they first opened actually. I am upset however that eventhough I shop there every week, I often get treated like I am going to steal something. I understand that theft is an issue, but do the regulars who spend money every week at the business have to be treated that way? !

Incredibly rude male cashier working at the corner/end aisle on Saturday, 2 October around 3: 30PM. Felt the need to critique what I was purchasing, and then question why I was buying them from MCQ when I can purchase them from any other store. I guess he doesn't want people shopping there?

Vegitable & fruits are good quality but other stuff is quite low quality. Always check the billings they quite often overcharge you. It happens with me now 3-4 times. Yesterday they changed me $24 for a $14 rice bag.

Amazing grocer. Lots of beautiful fresh produce and massive variety for other stuff. Wish I had of known about this place sooner!

This place is my favourite to go buy vegetables last 7 years for home or business. Lots of verities and staff is friendly.

I love MCQ shop and but the old man with no hair the security guy is VERY WORST customer service! He's so rude and unkind. If he dosen't want to serve customer, he shouldn't be working. He is terrible!

We've been shopping here for years. But the attitude of the rude man in black at the checkouts (we all know who he is), means we won't be coming back.

The supermarket is best and convenient for all shoppers. However I'm unhappy to my experience to the one cashier today around 3 in the afternoon who handle my items she's a bit rude as she raise her voice to me when i mistakenly give the card for payment instead of the discount card and she said "Everytime! " Wasn't bother to say how are you to me when I'm next in line as I'm checking something important on my phone during i mistakenly give the business card instead of the discount card first. And the way she took my item was a bit rude to me. I'm really unhappy with this one cashier. I'm disappointed that I'm a pioneer shopper here especially my boss ask me something to buy that use in our service. I hope this won't happen again as I'm really disappointed from the first as other cashier was really nice and smiling. Being nice and accommodating won't cost her anything. I just felt unhappy for my experience this afternoon.

Good selection of fruit & veg at good prices. Lots of mushroom varieties. Some packaged goods expensive.

Best place for Asian grocery shopping and food! Check out Hey Bro, they do the absolute most scrumptious salmon aburi and hot meals!

Please note that they often miscalculate the account when you check out, and it is strange that every time they overcalculate it, it is doubtful whether it was deliberate. And when you point out their mistakes, they have a bad attitude. You must check the accounts carefully every time. And those food often expires soon, you must watch it carefully!
