McDonald's Woodbridge

Always find a way to mess up your order. Make you park and wait forever. When you get your order it's cold anyway so you just have to go in to have it replaced. They are rude and don't replace to correct items. It's a headache not fast food.
I'll go to Rockingham from now on and pray they do it better

I've ordered through the app multiple times and they've seem to mess it up every time. The whole point of the app is so I can pre order before getting in my car, rock up, say a simple code, get my meal without holing up the line for other people.

They get orders mixed up, then make your more because of their mistake then still give you the wrong order after waiting in the waiting bay of them to fix your order

Everytime I get my breakfast meal there's something wrong with it. I ask for a double bacon and egg. I pay for it. Get home and it's a normal bacon and egg. Pay for a bacon and egg drive all the way home to find no bacon and egg but you gave me my drink and hash brown. I don't want to have to drive all the way back every time you guys screw my order up. I'm fed up you don't reimburse me for me fuel. I'm appalled to say the least

Up to usual standards but that shouldn't detract from the staffs ability to withstand constant stream of I'll mannered ubereats/menuflog/jerk with your food, delivery drivers

Really nice place. Kept clean and the staff were friendly through the drive through. Quick and easy fast food as always

The burgers had so so much sauce on them it dripped out and covered all the bottom of container to which it made it sickeningly to eat and forgot 2 apple juices, PS just clam down on the sauce

Always a disappointment.
Wrong items, missing items.i went back 3 times one day for a breakfast order because they cannot complete simple tasks like reading an items list. Staff are rude and uninterested all the time.
Management need to actually train their staff properly because none of them are competent.

Was in the drive thru for a total of 32 minutes, 20 of which was before getting to the actual order box. The car in front of me even had time enough for their passenger to get out, walk to the deli across the car park, and get food and drinks, and return, without moving forward at all.

Not as nice as we have had. Asked for extra Hot coffee, and was the same, half warm. And waited 20 mins.

The absolute worst mcdonalds! They are rude children or asians! Theres only one nice lady who works on drive thru in the mornings without her by far the worst maccas in town!

Typically Mc Donald's and as always the toilets could do with a bit more attention. They were cleaner than most but not great.

Waited 10 mins with no cars behind me for 1 frozen coke and 1 chicken and cheese. Was made to Park up. The manager jas a terrible attitude, snobby.

Absolutely disgusting last 4-5 times ive been to this store i got served something I wouldn’t even give to my Dog! Lift up ur game maccas

Waited over 12 minutes for my Flat White take away, and even then they went to the incorrect car first

I get asked to park like 8/10 of the times I go, even if it's just a medium big mac meal and there's no one else in line! The staff are always lovely but so slow and often get the orders wrong.
*side note (this isn't mcdonalds fault) but there is also a group of little kids that hang around the area and ruin everything for everyone else. While I was parked for my meal, they waltzed in and when they were turned around by staff they began kicking the metal fence, and somehow broke it. *

At 12.50 pm 1/02/2019, I went to McDonalds woodbridge to buy a burger and drink, the drive through is a unprofessional design to drive through when towing a trailer, distracted and mistaken on choice, I asked the attendant for a whopper instead of a big mac.
The attendant told me to open my eyes in a nasty tone, I replied no need to be nasty and don't worry about her service.avoid avoid avoid

The lovely night staff always allow us to walk up to the drive-thru window so we can still get a late night (or early morning) feed, without a car. Thanks guys!

Waited forever to pay for my order and like 5 people walked pass and totally ignored me, went to chicken treat and was served within seconds

Go here every so often on the way to work. Service is always fast and food good. But watch out for the older lady in the drive through in the morning. She is lovely and quick most of the time but has been known to drop change, upgrade your coffee drink to large if you dont specify medium without asking size (even after you confirm everything looks right on the screen and start driving) and gets really angry if her computer/card reader freezes (not at you just at whomever staff she directs it too). Just not the most positive thing to wake up to on your way to work.
