McDonald's Woodbridge

Amazing service from Cheenee! Offered to put my straw wrapper in the bin. Deserves a raise that one! Great coffee too, lovely experience.

Went there late at night and had to wait for them to cook part of our order which would have been fine if the wait wasn't 18mins for 2 hashbrowns

Great staff. Friendly and cheerful. The interior and exterior of the premises were both clean and tidy.

Single handedly the worst place to do uber eats at AVOID AT ALL COST
They seem to have a habit of printing receipts off and taking it off the monitor to make their times seem "Normal" but in the process never do the order because their is no timer on a receipt paper. The pay at this mcdonalds is worse then any other.rockinghams around the corner dont waste your time

Order cheese toastie got cheese and tomato shame it did look nice, not to self always check drive through order before leaving

First of all Woodbridge was a sales name for Cooloongup on the east side of Enis Ave, to the west it was The Grange, now it's all Cooloongup, including McDonald's. As for Mac's, better than average staff, but standardized.

Do not go to this McDonald's for coffee, ordered a cappuccino and there was no froth whatsoever, it tasted like they microwaved the milk, disgusting. Its not a one off, thought I'd give it another go with an app special but that was a horrible mistake

Received Hotcakes only to find no butter or syrup. When called up the manager didn't know what to do. Last time i go to this store.

Just been to Maccas for first time in a long time. So pleased with the friendly staff, great service and my burgers are fresh and tasty. Kudos to you Maccas Cooloongup.

Terrible McDonalds when compared to others in the area. Had to ask for a replacement sprite three times before they sorted the issue with incorrect syrup mixes.

Staff seemed to care less about the quality of food and cleanliness of the restaurant. Would not recommend, at all.

Can't do a crispy chicken deluxe burger, with no explanation as to why. They said it ends at midnight. We asked why, they said "it just does".

Friendly staff but as usual had to park for order, then received order, chips just warm & buns full of oil

Used the drive through. Staff member was friendly. Did have to wait in the waiting bay for my meals. Noticed the car behind Didn't have to wait for theirs.

Service was poor, the little boy who through my order at me through the window has a face you just want to punch. Chips cold as always and well over Cooked, burger not wrapped and fulling out wrapper. Not happy at all.

First time i have been in a McDonald's for years, no veggie option, no service just vending machines and the food was very average. McDonald's has fallen from it once was years ago.

Put in our order. Got a ticket. After half and hour watching people after us get served.the only hard working person a young man came out and asked us what was happening.he said our order was not registered - we had a ticket in our hands. While waiting we watched 3 Staff members helped themselves to drinks from drink machine. One even stood there sipping away looking at us. After talking to young man we walked out. Terrible service.

Big Mac wanst very nice, no care in preparation, thrown together haphazardly but I suppose it is fast food. Fries were crispy and hot and lady at counter was friendly

So very unhappy with the service there and with order that was made didn't get proper food items that was asked for thrust the drivethru

Just witnessed an employee with her child who was in the store while she was working, she let her child climb barefoot up onto the counter, after the kid got down no-one wiped the counter down. Vomit!

What a shocker, tried to order my free coffee with the scanner, wouldn’t go through so when we picked up our food I asked the girl about it and she replied “I don’t know what to do” and just walked away. I waited and waited and she came back, I asked if there was anyone I could talk to and had no idea, I asked for the manager who she finally got and the problem was solved. Our meal came with no straws or napkins which also became a long wait to get. One Maccas we never go back to.
